Wi-Fi didn't cover all of the rooms (minor inconvenience), and the 400m road to the property is very narrow. Also there were four young feral kittens (which the owner did not want on the premises either) which were quite cute but interrupted the breakfast enjoyment by occasionally jumping on the tables

Outside the pool was easily accessible, with a few seating options around the pool and house. Inside cosy, quiet and comfortable rooms with all necessities except a hairdryer (but a rather small shower). Very relaxing stay but with reception being rather improvised

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, which makes it difficult for people that have sleep issues. The street to reach the place is small and not well maintained, a gravel road. It was unpleasant with a rented car because we were worried that the bushes on the side and the bumps could damage the car.

The room is big and comfortable, the bathroom is nice and very clean. The location is very calm and peacefull. The rooms are very isolated.

We had ants in the room (the second day) The owener helped us immediatelly (we went to the city and in between the ants were "destroyed" :) ) If you do not have a car it is not easy to get to this place. If you have a car, it is quite close to Alghero aiport (few minutes by a car)

Everything was fine. Staff was helpful and kind. The breakfest was good enough (not perfect, not bad). We did not use the pool but it seems to be clean and nice. The location is good - quite place.

the breakfast is not up to standard. Only one type of cheese and ham, cornflakes, cake and some fruit. It seems also quite random, with no typical local specialties. The room was sometimes badly soundproofed in the morning.

The final 300 meters the road is a dusty gravel road, but hey the view from the villa terras and swimming pool is making up for that.

An oasis in the middle of nowhere. Just 6 km from the Alghero airport and about 4 to 5km from the city of Alghero. We booked a parental room with a bathroom and air conditioning. The B&B is basically a villa with a nice clean swimming pool and a separate section with various appartments. We booked the smalllest, just a bedroom and a bathroom (toilet, shower and bidet). Breakfast is good and healthy.

There were one or two minor misunderstandings that made us feel unwelcome in the beginning. We booked on short notice, so it's understandable there was no-one there to check us in when we arrived. That was sorted quickly with a phone call. The owner/host was a bit brusque when telling us how to park our car and what table we were allowed to sit at, but overall nothing to worry too much about.

Beautiful property, quiet location, yet not far from Alghero. We came mostly to enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and we were not disappointed at all. Breakfast options were good. We booked on the same day and I'd say we got good value for money. Would definitely stay again!

quiet place outside of Alghero but still close enough to go out for dinner. Even for October it was lovely to watch the sunset. The pool was closed, of course, but I can imagine how beautful it might be in summer. Fantastic location for your arrival or leaving period. Breakfast was more than enough, we enjoyed the huge pot of coffee and fresh fruits. The huge terrace was inviting and it seemed to be in Africa on a Safari, because of the nice "Savanna" landscape around you. For me, a hidden stunning place to realx also in the evening .... lovely spot !!!

We were not aware that the breakfast was not included for our type of stay. The available kitchen tools were really small. No towels, tea towel or garbage back available.

There was an issue with the pool during our stay that was fixed quickly. The apartment had really good airconditioning during our very hot days there. The environment is really quite and not so far from alghero. Also the communication with the hosts was really good and helpful when we asked for something

The location is far from the center making it very peaceful and tranquil. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked it for more than 1 night! The outdoor area is amazing. There is a pool, hammock and trampoline aswell ! The breakfast is a good value for the money paid.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Castiglias. If you wish to have a memorable vacation in Alghero this is place! Authentic and traditional atmosphere in wonderful countryside natural setting. Wonderful breakfast on the terrace with amazing view! Amazing pool with shower. Host Antonello speaks good English and is a tour expert on Sardinia. He gave great travel tips for us what to see and where to drive. Best beaches in Alghero are at Spiaggia di Porto Ferro and Maria Pia. You shouldnt miss Sea Caves of Nettuno at Capo Caccia.

Unfortunately we were given one of the smallest if not the smallest double room they had. We literally hardly had space to but our two luggages on the floor to open them (and we did not have huge suitcases with us). The bathroom was super tiny too. It is by far the smallest room we have had during our two weeks in Sardinia. The bed was very uncomfortable and it was the only time in two weeks and that we had bugs and insects in the room. Also the only time in two weeks no shower gel/shampoo/bottled water was provided. Breakfast was very basic, nothing fresh, no fruits. One of the hosts was a little more talkative than the other but in general not very accommodating. Overall, not worth the price.

The location, the house itself and the surroundings are truly amazing - so much potential there. Restaurant recommendations were very good too.
