This hotel is a great location everything is within easy walking distance. The staff were fantastic, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Greatly enjoyed the coffee and biscuits in the common room.

No coffee machine in each room just one in the reception that's available to use for everyone. Could have stored some creamer or milk for folks like us who would prefer a coffee over an espresso.

Loved the location. So central and so walkable to all the main attractions in Florence. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were amazing. There was an elevator in the building which was convenient when you check in and check out for luggage. Well maintained rooms. The breakfast was served in a sister hotel about 5-6 mins walk away. Amazing staff there too and loved their service. So cheerful and friendly every morning.

Perfect location in the heart of Florence. Our room was located in another building than the reception, but we were accompanied to it by the receptionist so it was not a problem at all. The room was spacious, with big bathroom, it was cleaned every day. Also coffee machine and some glasses were available.

Perfectly located in Florence. The rooms were amazing from decor, cleanliness whilst providing enough space in each room. Staff were very helpful and always at hand to answer any questions. The sister hotel was a 5 minute walk to have breakfast each morning on a sun terrace with beautiful views of the city. The added bonus of using the nespresso machine each morning for a coffee was perfect! Would definitely stay again when visiting the beautiful city of Florence!

Cleanness of the room was to a high standard, we liked that the property contacted us welcoming us in advance Room was cool due to air con being on prior to arrival which was ideal as Florence was very hot when we arrived.

Not enough lights in the room, there’s no ceiling light so the room was lit by lamps, but in order to charge your phone you had to unplug the lamps so made the room very dim at times

While the rooms are properly soundproof from the outside noises, it is not from the hallway. There is somewhere a very loud door (not sure if its neighbours' room that woke us up several times. The bathroom is very outdated. Shower door hanging loose, small shower head laying on the floor (please install a hook) towel hooks and shower amenities corner shelf almost falling off and shower head heavily stained and dirty. These are just minor inconveniences, but for a luxury B&B it really needs an upgrade

The location is perfect, when leaning out of the window we could see the famous catherdral. Our Beatrice room was very comfortable and lovely located in the corner. Service was very good both check in and the lady at the breakfast. Breakfast requires you to walk 5 minutes to another hotel, but the rooftop view is lovely and selection was good. Freshly made coffee and eggs. The coffee/tea room is actually a lovely experience with a decent coffee machine from Nespresso and cups. I was only missing milk (or creamer in the worst case) Location is absolutely perfect!

As soon as we entered the room, we noticed carelessness in terms of cleanliness. There were hair on the floor (corners mostly) from previous clients and dust like the floor hadn't been cleaned for a few days. We asked for room service the next morning though and they everything was cleaned up afterwards. The shower totally needs a renovation. Most of it was broken and full of mold.

The location was perfect, exactly in the heart of the city! The room was tidied up and had a perfect look and feel. Big window and a refrigerator that was too handy to keep a few bottles of water cold.
