The water pressure was not good at all. After trying multiple, multiple times, only one device (an iPad) from the eight people in our group was able to connect to Wi-Fi. None of our phones would connect. The first 2 days there, we paid for breakfast, but finally everything was straightened out and we had no problems the other 4 days. (breakfast - coffee and pastry at cafe around corner) Several in our group had some water leaking problems during showers, one very bad episode where it came into a bedroom. The last day, we had water around toilet. We had a very small, square shower and my husband could not bend over to pick up soap if dropped. I could slowly contort my body down to pick up soap. ("Shelf" in shower was open metal would not hold soap.) Kitchen had 4 plastic chairs so really there wasn't a common meeting space for our group. There is only enough utensils for 2 people. The kitchen is not set up well to cook in so don't plan to cook a meal in it. Also, it took a long time for stove to bring water to a boil when we did cook pasta.

Everything was clean. We needed an elevator and the one in the building worked fine. Angelo and his brother were very welcoming and responded immediately when we had questions/ problems.

We had to wait for the host to arrive to get in. They could have put the keys in a locker like other B&B’s do, like their upstairs neighbors. We think there was air conditioning but if there was it was centralized and was not very effective. Location is good and bad. There was street performance at night and the sound isolation is weak, so if you are not able to sleep with noise from outside, then you better have ear plugs. Also, toiletries were lacking; no soap, no shampoo, no towel to lay on the floor after shower.

Nice and well maintained apartment, right on the old town. The apartment looks exactly the same as in the pictures. The advantage is the kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and lift which comes in handy if you travel with heavy luggage . There are many restaurants in the vicinity. The owner was very nice and helpful. Overall very positive impression, highly recommended

First of all I couldnt use the kitchen which is part of the facilities that the accomondation offers with the excuse that i had to book the entire apartment to use it which is nowhere written and makes 0 sense as well. Secondly the water in the bathroom gets cold after 10 minutes maximum and I actually learnt that from previous references so i was prepared to take very quick showers for not getting cold. The flash in the toilet almost didnt work. I also stayed without toilet paper the second day and it took two days to the owner to bring me even though I asked for it from the first day. Instead he came in the apartment to check if i used the kitchen (since he didnt allow me to use it) and also to move my food from kitchen to my room where he entered without informing me. The guy was also overall rude and not helpful at all. I felt very uncomfortable staying there and I really dont recommend the place.

Honestly the only positive thing about the acommondation is the location that it is the core of the center. Absolutely nothing else!!

The location! Literally just around the corner from the square with the Roman Amphitheater. This B&B is a perfect base for exploring Lecce's historical centre. Parking was available just a short 5 min walk away.

The apartment was not that great, the bathroom is weird and makes a lot of noise, also not quite clean. The bed is uncomfortable and makes plastic sounds when you move. The worst was not having hot water in the shower for more than 10 minutes. Only one of us could take a shower and then the water didn't warm up again. The staff is rude and not very polite, dismissing our concerns.

The only positive thing about this stay was the location, which is very central within the old town of Lecce.

Overpriced for the service. Check in was confusing. Toilet small. Details of decoration and construction not well done. AC not very powerful. Very noisy room in a very noisy street, it gets lots of noise from pedestrians, bars nearby and service trucks in the morning. Windows are not soundproof. Breakfast is a voucher for a café around the corner.

There was no toilet paper. Can you beat that? Eventually, at 21:45, some rude guy showed up to give me some but mostly upbraided me for using a pan to warm up some rice. Apparently I wasn't even allowed to sit in the kitchen. The whole place is untidy. In my room there were no less than 2 folding beds with no space to unfold them. ??? Bags of dirty laundry and other stuff. Foul smell in the bathroom. My room gave onto a sad, sunless inner courtyard. And the icing on the cake, wifi didn't work.

The place is very central and easy to find.

The room was not that clean in general. No soap, nothing in the bathroom. It is on the main street; outside and inside of the room is super noisy until late hours (street musicians, etc.) Breakfast is included within a nearby bar. There were no given voucher for this. In the bar, we were told, "some people tell lie as they are customers of B&B to cheat the bar for free breakfast, so that they cannot trust us without a voucher”. We were treated as we were telling lie to get free breakfast. Than we paid the bill :) (It was a small amount but a disturbing experience).

The apartment was not well cleaned. In fact the kitchenette for common use contained 2 full garbage bags and a dirty mop within a vessel full with dirty water. A big bag of dirty laundry was left at the front door. The owner tried to convince me that we have not paid in advance, which was not true as the booking reservation was with immediate payment. He agreed that he should not charge my credit card only after I showed him the booking reservation saying that the rooms are paid. Then I reminded him that he has to collect only city tax. He did not have change so he took 8 eur instead of 7.50 eur, which was a minor problem. The bigger problem is that the boiler is not big enough to provide enough hot water for the 2 rooms we rented. Should the 3rd room was rented as well the hot water would have been impossible to satisfy the needs of 6 people. The owner forgot to tell us that the room locks by itself always so you should have the key woth you at any time or you could be locked out as we did, so we had to wait for him for one hour and 45 minutes to come and unlock all our staff. After we left he called to ask for a "missing towel", which he found when he was told to look properly. The only good thing was location.

The service was mediocre. We felt we were ripped off and definitely this was the worst place we stayed y our trip was in Puglia.

We did not like anything about this place. The price is completely off, we stayed in places that cost 50 € and are better. Too much noise at night and in the morning, old, not completely clean, the bathroom kept making sounds. We complained but the managers answer was not even close to be acceptable. This room was on the busiest street. You can read other reviews and get a sense.

Mattress was sagging. Bathroom ... sump pump sounds like somebody's using a power drill everytime you turn on the water. Clean mostly ... but found several sets of the previous occupant's dried up contact lenses around the room. Air conditioned but no control over the thermostat and wound up sweating through the night. Voucher for nearby cafe is €5 per person, but written so it looks like €12. €5 is plenty for a coffee and a croissant, but the voucher is confusing. In general over-priced for what you get.

The person that was supposed to meet us made us wait more than half an hour by the door, as they were late. The apartment was not to the best of standards considering its price (the price per night here is expensive). No coffee machine available in the kitchen. The people that run it are not customer-oriented and hence were not that friendly when greeting us or when we had questions (e.g about the wifi and coffee machine). Overall, not the best of experiences.

The bed was very comfortable, and location is very good as its in city centre.
