I was hoping for apartament with balcony/taras but i got room, not small but room. I was expecting something different

Wow 🤩 friendly check and super lovely lady at breakfast who was so so happy and made me feel welcome. Room and facilities were good (room 56) great little private patio area to have a drink and relax. Beach down the road great location. A big Grazie 👍

in fact, these are not apartments. We had a room with a shower and a balcony. Breakfast in the common living room with all guests. This is a little not what we expected, but we need to read the reviews more carefully... We also indicated that we needed a double bed and it turned out to be two single mattresses pushed together, which were constantly moving apart in different directions. Sleeping together was not very comfortable.

the staff was very friendly and the room was super clean. For us, this is the most important thing when traveling.

Lovely little hotel, with extremely nice and welcoming people. We had a room with a little garden … just lovely. Breakfast has a lot of choice and you can have your breakfast on a little pateo outside. Highly recommended. We would choose it again if coming back.

We disturbed the people above us by accident looking for the residence. Signs could be a little clearer but worth finding.

but there was mold or traces of mold in the room. Also, we were given a room for the disabled, so the toilet is a little uncomfortable.

The mosquitoes. They should get mosquito shades for the windows.

Their staff was great, helpful and they took initiative in helping with small requests. The beach is located 300m down the street - beautiful. I’ll definitely be back.

Breakfast coffee was very bad. Shower cabin should was not clean enough.

The breakfast was varouis. The location was good (very close to the beach) and free bus to Lerici. Really nice personel (especially receptions guys).

The continual traffic noise that started at 7 in the morning and the steep incline back from the beach that created a challenge.

Beautiful property overall. large clean modern spacious apt. Strong air conditioning. large functional bathroom. The grounds r luscious and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Took care of all our requests immediately. The beach is a 5 minute walk however it is a very steep incline and very difficult to walk back up. Extra daily charge for umbrella and chairs. Nice beach but heavily populated. The road that takes u to the beach is open to the public and can be very noisy during the day. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Able ro hear everything that people do in the room next to us, even with the television on highest volume.

The beach is right down a steep hill (drive down), near stunning costal towns, easy to Cinque Terre. Great breakfast.

The room was clean and large - very accommodating for 3. Location was great, near a beach and free bus line to San Terenzo and Lerici. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!
