The shower didn't work properly. The water temperature regulation was faulty and the shower door was damaged to close.

Breakfast was very good. The surrounding landscape is beautiful, and there were lots of cats which is definitely a plus for me :)

Amazing place! Even if I stayed for just one night, it remind me of my childhood at my village house. It is so nice to wake up and see nature, I was playing with the cats and dogs and fed some chickens 😍 also the host was really friendly. I told her that we didn't had time for the breakfast because we left really early and they made us the breakfast for take away in the evening! I appreciated so much. Thanks!

Very beautiful Location. Owner was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast & Dinner was very good. I recommend buying the home-made olive oil, it's amazing :) Would definitely go back, highly recommend !!

We arrived late, but the staff was waiting and prepared dinner for us. Moreover, there were even freshly made sweets upon special request. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The place is very good. Clean, comfortable, easily accessible

This was our third time we stood in Barone Montefeo and hope we can go back soon. Good breakfast and dinner, excellent WiFi, easy and safe parking few meters from our room and very nice view. If want to stay in a place for tranquility this is the right place.

I and my family fell in love with this place. There are stunning nature. The masterpieces views are around the villa. The hosts were super politely, friendly, kind and caring. When we had some problems, the hosts helped us very fast. The pets of villa are so nice and funny. We enjoied this place and our relax. I sincerely recomend to booking and coming to the fabulous villa of Barone Montefeo.

Great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Like many other places around that area, the switches smell :( Luckily it was possible to get the smell out of bathroom by leaving the door room open to the outside. The shower cabine could be renovated some time soon. The staff do not talk or understand one word of English. Nevertheless they tried really hard to make things happen and were friendly, just kind of exhusting.

The farm style and all the cute animal groups arounds were lovely! The garden had a tasteful and cozy design. The furniture was quite authenthic and made nice atmosphere, not out of cheap material. The floor was new and well cleaned.

Nothing to complain about. The area (lone house on a hilltop) can be hard to reach if you don't have a car (we had a rental one). The beach is 11km (15 mins by car), it is really not a walking distance, but we didn't mind.

Very relaxing place, far from the stress of the citylife. We spent a wonderful week here. Our room was comfortable, air-conditioned and equipped with everything we needed. Wi-fi (in the room) was fast, far enough for working. The owners are very kind and flexible. They operate a restaurant too, with authentic Sicilian food, really worth to try it. Typical Italian breakfast is served every morning (sweet cakes, rusks, butter, homemade jam, juice, coffee) but it's also flexible upon request. There are many friendly animals around, but the whole garden is beautiful and well maintained, no bad smell at all. The panorama is breathtaking, you can see the sea and even Vulcano island!

In two of the rooms, glass doors to the shower cabinet were broken. In one of the rooms it was impossible to close the bathroom doors. Lack of basic equipment in the rooms, like glass or mug

The outside is filty, neglected garden. I booked 2 days Before, We waited 1 hour till the Host Came to greet us,as she was asleep.thanks to a neighbour passing by who phoned her son to contact her . The phone number giving on Booking.com kept ringing in the Restaurant which I could here from the outside.Booking.com was informed,and was ready to help me to find an other accommodation and extra cost was paid by booking.com. The Lady didn't even bothered to express regret.😕

The room was Clean, good AC,and working TV.we Enjoyed The animals which are left around the property in certain time ..
