It’s a standard hotel with amazing view on a lake! Looks like it’s fresh after renovation, all was clean and nice! Very welcome personel! Nice restaurant near hotel! So it’s a good option to stay here.

Measures at the bar increased as soon as an all inclusive party left, as it was assumed that we were with them. I did raise this at the time. Being in Italy, it would have been nice to have had Italian entertainment in the hotel rather than catering for an English audience.

Great room, facilities, pool and location. Rooms were cleaned daily and the ferry dock was 50 yards away. It was away from really crowded areas but had many restaurants nearby. Staff were helpful.

The welcome on arrival as well as check out was efficient but staff were not particularly friendly.

Great location. Right at ferry terminal and bus stop for local bus. Lake view was amazing. Within walking distance of several restaurants and small shops. Felt more like a local community than a tourist location which we preferred to the more busy towns on the lake.

In the lifts you could only select one floor at time so this may take sometime getting up and down!

Book this hotel whilst attending a wedding in Lake Como. Its nothing flash but with those views you can't really complain. The location is near the Grand Hotel Tremezzo which is literally next door and alot of great restaurants and things to do around the hotel. I had a standard room which was not super flash but did the job! Breakfast was included and had a made to order omellete station and ok selection.

Location near ferry and across the road from Lake Como was good. Breakfast selection was excellent including custom made omelette.

Great location and amazing view to the lake. The hotel is near by to the ferry stations - you can choose a couple of them according the schedule and where you want to go. The breakfast is good, the coffee is lovely and you can have it outside on the terrace again with the fantastic view to Como lake.

No in-room coffee or mini bar so had to go downstairs to the restaurant or bar for coffee or drink. The towels weren’t very nice and the TP was thin and scratchy. Overall aside from the wonderful location and view it left something to be desired in terms of room comfort.

Location is fantastic and we had a great view of the lake from our room. The staff was very nice and accommodating, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was ample and tasty, not as good as some of the other places we stayed but good.

Lobby was bit dated and shabby.

We upgraded to a lake view room on 4 th floor. Fantastic views. Made the stay worth while. Ferries and bus stop right outside. Both were very busy though. Breakfast was very good with great views of lake. A good number of restaurants just a block away plus two hotel restaurants with lake views

The pool area was a little run down. Also the dinner in the restaurant on the 1st floor was in edible.

Our room and the views were immaculate. We stayed in room 553, highly recommend! The breakfast was also really yummy with proper barista style coffee. The hotels location was also perfect and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
