Apartment wasn’t quite ready when we got there at the time that was agreed beforehand. There wasn’t any guidance what to do with waste. There wasn’t dishrag, dish brush, wine glasses and the cooking knives would have needed some serious sharpening.

Apartment was clean and modern and we enjoyed our holiday there. Subway and grocery store were nearby. We could leave our luggages to the lobby while we where waiting for the room. Reseptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The hot water was not enough for six people. But it was refreshing to take a shower with cold water 🙃

Everything was excellent. The location was close to the metro station Istria and it was very easy to access everywhere. The neighborhood was perfect - nice small restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and other shops. The rooms were clean, big and very comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The ladies on reception were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a perfect stay.

Decent room, comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen (all utensils, etc.), a supermarket in the walking distance. WiFi worked like a charm, the front-desk employees were nice. It was definitely a great experience.

Nothing in particular. The price is quiet expensive for a night stay, but I think it's worth the money with all the facilities that I got.

I did the booking last minute. The check-in process was smooth. I just contact the person through email and then he gave me the whatsapp number. I called the number and then I know how to check-in. I just need to fill in the code, then the key is already prepared for me. The room is HUGE. The room can fit 6 person I believe. Everything is very clean. Amenities are provided. The place is very close to Istria Metro. The check out process was also very smooth. There are microwave, refrigerator, oven, water heater inside. Plates, fork, spoons are also there. Super nice!

The building doesn’t have on-site laundry facilities, which was a bummer. Was surprised given it is an apartment hotel building. The WiFi barely worked for us, which was tough for working remotely.

Everything was great generally. Staff was great and the room was better than expected. It wasn’t too bad to get to/from the train station.

There was no microwave and the oven had not a single shell or tray that could fit it. The host couldn't help with it either.

No facility for transport ttansfer ..we booked 2 van for 6 person to Central Train Station and it cost is 110 euro..Whereas during day time we took taxi cost us only 15 euro..

Room was a bit cold, it seemed like the thermostat had be locked so you couldn't switch the heating on. But I did not raise this with anyone, I assume they would have sorted this if I had asked? Worth checking.

The staff were very professional, friendly and efficient. Great communication and outstanding customer service. Literally next to metro station to all locations, and lots of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. Nice clean quiet and safe area of Milan.

Location is away from the main tourist spots so you will have to catch public transport. Lots of sound from the street at night.

A big sized apartment good for a few nights stay. Has a little kitchen which was useful and comfy bed.
