The location is great if you want to stay close to the sea side and Chiaia neighborhood. Breakfast is not included but you’ll find coffee machine, tea bags and some snacks for the morning :) great value for money! A plus also the cleaning ladies, both really nice and kind

There wasn’t any milk for tea or coffee and clean towels weren’t put in your room, they are stored in a cabinet outside your room. But apart from that it was a lovely stay!

Anne-Sophie was super responsive and gave great information as i had to do self check-in as i arrived late. Even sent videos on how to open the lock for the keys which was great and eased the mind upon arrival. I stayed in the Blu room and the bed is firm. Didn't bother me but may be bother some people!

There is no water sink in the common kitchen space, so we had to wash our cups and cutlery in our room. The staff wrote to me that I needed to pay the city tax in cash, I told them I didn't have it, maybe I could pay by card, and they refused me. I was considering getting some cash for the whole day during my trip. And the next day, the staff at the hotel just took out a POS machine and charged me. The miscommunication bothered me a little bit.

The self-check-in was very smooth. The staff there was friendly although she didn't speak so much English, we somehow understood each other. They clean the room every day and refill the shower items. The location is good, 1 min walk from the seaside and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The price after the discount was very competitive compared to other hostels I was checking. They let us leave the luggage safely in the hostel after check out.

Although the location was close to the water and some restaurants, there was not much to do in the area. The property also didn’t serve breakfast and only had a few snacks to offer.

The location was good, very close to the waterfront pedestrian walk. Also close to a strip of restaurants. The property was quiet and clean. The housekeeper was very friendly.

The plumbing system must be quite old as the toilet sounded like it was refilling every 20 mins all through the night and was very loud. I didn't sleep well at all, and the mattress felt old and uncomfortable.

The bedding could do with a little upgrade for the price. Duvets looked a bit tired. When opening the windows of the Blue room you have constant cooking smell entering which can be very unpleasant.

The location is nice, close to the seaside promenade and short walking distance to the Spanish quarter and a 15 min to the Municipio Metro Station. Some nice restaurants nearby. the facilities of the B&B are clean and particularly appreciated the coffee making provisions in the common area! Very friendly caretaker!

Somebody early in the morning from 6 am made some noise continuously, so we can not sleep.

The location is awesome. A couple of minutes - and you are in front of the sea. The place is clean and comfortable. There was a terrace in the room - not the super view, but still a good bonus. The lady who met us was nice, she sent all the instructions about the room/checking in and other stuff in advance.
