I would say room is hafly apartment so it would be nice to have microwave in room or at least in common area. We booked a family room but got triple with an extra bed.

Location is perfect, walking distance to all famous places in Roma. We have had a terrace that is perfect in good weather to spend some free time. Really spectacular design of the hotel. Housekeeping is coming daily. You can always find coffee and tea in the lobby.

The stairs of the facilities were very dangerous. Not a handle on the wall to hold on it. At the end I fell off the stairs and injured my ankle.

The room was very hot even for January and there was no visible controls to heating.

There is a slight issue of noise (hearing other patrons going up the stairs or flushing) but I assume this is because of the building itself being quite old.

I don’t give 5 stars review only because I didn’t have the chance to meet anybody from the staff, not even hear from them for a communication for WiFi or touristic info about the city. Dental Kit was missing despite was offered some vanity kit. Hair dryer was missing as well. I would suggest the staff to be more accurate with the guests and the quality of the service, it would be always much appreciated to be present and make sure the guests are having a great time.

The property is really really beautiful and I will definitely rebook it on my future trip to Rome. Very spacious room and chic interior. Location is amazing as well.

The location is terrific. It's in the heart of the City and the places of interests can be reached by walk. The accomodation is very clean. The interior has a combination of a unique and fantastic art pieces and designs. Keep up DBD Margutta!

No personnel on check in desk 24/7. No toilets in the lobby. They aren’t that flexible about offering late check outs even at a fee. The security code to get in was incorrect when we first arrived. Because there is no personnel at check in there was no one to check out with and we were just expected to leave our bags in the foyer where all the other hotel residents are passing - hardly good for security !

It is not a hotel, there is no reception staff around, only the cleaning staff there in the morning for few hours. No bar fridge to keep drinks cold in summer and we had 38 degrees heat.

Amazing location, 5 min walk to the Spanish steps. Loads of food options around and metro only 5 min walk. Some attractions within walking distance. Clean and tidy, our room needed some maintenance.

Price to value ratio. May have been surge price due to BNL Italian Open and Bruce Springsteen concert in town.

Location is superb for experienced Rome visitors or for traveler wishing quiet, fashionable neighborhood. some major sights a bit of distance and easily accessible with use of metro, taxi and urban walkers. Darwin and Micheal who tend to property are wonderfully helpful and pleasant. Bathroom with deceptive space, nice towels and Aqua di Parma soap. Many enjoyable, intimate, quality dining spots close by if not interested in trophy dining.

There was nobody at the hotel desk even we arrived in afternoon. You can beter the hotel with a pass code, but they did not inform us before we come.

Great location, just 3 minutes walk from Spanish Steps. You can go by walk to all important place. Rooms are a little bit small but they are really clean & functional. We enjoyed the coffee served complementary.

The room was absolutely not like the pictures. No one welcomed us, the building was a hazard, the lights weren't working, the shower had a drainage problem, it was dirty and extremely noisy. On the week end there is an artist market and it makes a lot of noise. The windows are absolutly not noise proof and you can hear everything that's happening outside as well in the other room. It's not worth the price.
