the access guide did not arrive before the journey and had to be arranged in the staircase. But the telephone assistant was super nice and helpful!! With great patience! :)

The only thing missing from the kitchen facilities was a gas hob.

We liked that there was both breakfast included and facilities to make tea, and a microwave. The place was very clean. The room was very big and nice looking. The location was good, you can get to the city center in 5 minutes and there is a big supermarket nearby. The staff were kind and helpful.

The staffs are very friendly. Bathroom, toilet, bedroom are all very clean and comfortable. We requested to changed the 2 single beds 1 one double bed and the staffs changed it for us immediately. Highly recommend :)

It is very near the train station and the central part of town, which makes it a very convenient location for those of us who are traveling by bicycle and/or train. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

We did not feel comfortable, because there was a clearly visible surveillance camera installed in the kitchen. Also, there were „house rules“ everywhere so overall it felt very controlling.

Might be a little noisy if you leave the windows open during the night, as the street below is a busy one, but if you keep them shut it's nice and quiet.

Spacious apartment, very nice and unusual beautifully furnished, a combination of modern and antiques, absolutely clean, equipped with everything you might need. The staff answers right away if you have questions and the directions how to get to and into the apartment are easy to understand. Location is perfect, next to the train and bus terminal and all the must see places in short walking distance. Highly recommended!

The kitchen area only had items available to be able to make a coffee. It would have been nice to have some bowls or plates to allow you to make your own breakfast. Also on checkout we had a few hours before our train and the staff got very annoyed at us for using the shared bathroom & common kitchen area after the checkout time.

the location was perfect and a great place to be able to enjoy Trento from. the bedroom and bathroom was clean & well set up with the addition of a common space a nice touch.

1. Small room with a double bed and 2 single beds, which have been squeezed into the room to make it as a "family room". As a consequence you do not find a wardrobe but only two drawers and you need to work out where to put the luggages and how to move in the room filled with 4 persons. 2. Breakfast: very poor and only packaged products. Nobody knows how long they are laying on the table. Coffee tastes acid. It comes from a machine, it is not an "instant coffee" anyway. We definitively do not expect scramble eggs and bacon or a buffet. An essential Italian breakfast made of a FRESH croissant and a good coffee / cappuccino would be worth to have. Please stock knifes, as we often had to share one among our family of four. 3. Room does not have a balcony and is on the back of the building, on the 1st floor, surrounded from other buildings. Natural light is poor. 4. Price: probably less than the one you would pay in a hotel in Trento especially in August. However, too much if compared to the the service and comfort you receive.

Unfortunately you have the feeling of loneliness. By doing the check-in autonomously and having breakfast in your room (due to covid restrictions) you don't have the possibility to talk to anyone or ask for advice to visit the city. At last, the price of 60€/night for a single room with shared bathroom is overrated.

The B&B is 5 min close the centre and the railway station. Moreover, the staff was very kind as the guy gave me a backup key after the checkout to keep my luggage, so I could explore the city.
