The location is perfect for visiting the Vatican: a few hundred meters from St. Peter’s Square, but still far away enough to be as quiet as it can get in that area. The rooms are sparsely furnished, but practical, and kept immaculately clean. Hannah is a gracious and well-informed hostess, do yourself a favor and pay heed to her restaurant recommendations.

Hanna welcome us and she was very helpfull. The room was quite comfrtable with private WC. No balcony though. The Vatican is just 5 minutes away .

It is a little bit noisy because of the train station and wood windows that are not sealing the sound very good. It can also be a little bit cold because of the windows and you have to warm the room using the AC .

The apartment's furniture has definitely seen better days - most of it is old and worn out. The walls have not been whitewashed for a long time and hence have stains in multiple places. The furniture in the photos on this website is not the same as what we encountered in reality. Some pieces were replaced with nicer ones for more attractive photos, and apparently some white filter was used to beautify the photos so that everything seems much brighter and new, which does not correspond to reality. The worst of all is the breakfast. We decided on this apartment precisely because of the breakfast, however what was served did not meet any reasonable expectations. In my opinion, it would be much more honest not to write that there is breakfast provided at all, if the breakfast is only going to consist of a few store-bought cracker biscuits and a cold, dry supermarket croissant with a miniscule filling of jam. These are just snacks, and we felt cheated that this was somehow presented as a breakfast. What I also did not like is that this is actually a room with a bathroom within the apartment in the residential building where the owner (host) lives. Also, the apartment is quite far from most historical attractions. Only the Vatican is relatively close. Regular city bus lines and a train pass under the window, which makes it quite noisy.

Hana is kind and talkative. The bathroom is in good condition, the bed is large and comfortable, the wifi works flawlessly. Hana cleans the space daily. The bus stop that connects this area with the rest of the city is right in front of the building where the apartment is located; this is very significant, considering the fact that the apartment is quite far from the historical center of Rome and most of its attractions (it requires a solid several-kilometer walk to reach the Pantheon, for example).

The problem was that the room wasn't clean. The bed cover was stained, but the bed linens were clean. The floor's carpet was dirty.

The location was in a very nice neighborhood close to the Vatican. The planets on the balcony were stunning. The host was incredibly welcoming and considerate. The wifi, Tea, and coffee were great.

Location is very convenient, 10 minutes away from the Vatican. It's also next to the train station, San Pietro station. It has a wonderful balcony. The room feels authentic, it is really pretty. The host is very welcoming, gave us really good restaurant suggestions. Breakfast is on offer anytime. You'll get a tray of lovely pastries. Juices and yoghurt are just in the fridge free to take whenever :)

Smell in the toilet.the host explained it was a problem with the pipes. Air condition worked very slow, in a very hot period of the year. Host didn't speak English,which was the language they promised on their page. This is best for air bnb,not booking.com
