Very relax stay. Staff was really good. Location is convenient near menaggio where there’s ferry ( and car ferry ) to and from bellagio and varenna. If went out late, cadenabbia ( another ferry terminal) was just 5 mins drive away. Hotel is clean and there’s car park available and nearby. The outlook was superb. Calm and relaxing stay overall.

Well that lies with booking .com. I was travelling with my 2 children and myself. I needed 2 rooms for 3 people. All good and the hotel followed through 100%, on the close together request- they were next door to each other. The booking App could not set that I wanted 3 breakfasts and not 4 included in my room rate! So I took 1 room with breakfast and the other without. The App needs a tweak here. It's simply wasteful to have a hotel expect more people eating than not- it's not really about the 40 Eu, especially so out of season.

The restaurant breakfast room has a spectacular immediate view onto the water. The staff on duty were efficient and helpful.

Staff was very friendly. Parking in the garage worked out perfectly and we could even leave our car for longer in the garage which was great, fantastic location right at the lake

The rooms were a bit dated and the parquet in our room was damaged.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Although we didn’t breakfast at the hotel we did enjoy a very nice dinner in the hotels dining room overlooking Lago di Como.

The mattress was solid and unforgiving. The toilet brush in our room was very dirty and needed replacing.

We had an attic room which gave us a view of the lake. The hotel was in a central position near the dock and the town centre. All staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English (if you didn't speak Italian). The dining room had an uninterrupted view of the Lake. We had a swimming pool with sun beds available for exclusive use. The prices for the bar and restaurant were very good value. Breakfast was included and there was a great deal of choice (all of which was of high quality). We chose to have dinner there and it was the best meal we had experienced in Italy during the course of our stay. The cocktails and wine were also of a high standard.

The floors would creek so loud. Every step taken would probably wake up the people upstairs and including the other person in my room. The shower space was Soo small, I am not a small person so it was difficult for me to bend down to show my legs because I would accidentally turn off the shower handle.

The patio/balcony view was amazing!! The hotel is less than 5 minute walk from the ferry station.

Located right on the lakefront, with a pool, air-conditioned room. We had the double room lakeview room with a big balcony, two tables and a chair on it. Beautiful view of the lake. Hotel is conveniently located, just left three minute walk and you're at the ferries, turn right three minute walk and you're at the lake shore promenade and little center in Menaggio. Breakfast was really good, and you're sitting with a lakeside view as well. Big breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable, shower is snug, like taking a shower in a telephone booth snug, but good water pressure and steady temperature, plus with the smaller shower there is more room for you to be and move in the bathroom. Bed was firm, but comfortable. Hotel staff were nice. Nice place. Enjoyed our stay
