Simple hotel room,with a nice bed and bathroom facilities. For the price, a very good place to sleep and get going The breakfast was rich aswell- both savory and sweet foods were available at the breakfast

Very friendly team & service, delicious and various breakfast. We have travelled with a toddler and fall asleep in the morning. Reception gives us permission to take food in the room, clean and big rooms for families. The positioning it's not so far from the road, but you have to pass a little bit till some locations.

The hotel restaurant was shut except for weddings / functions.

The staff were extremely helpful and helped us book restaurants in nearby locations. Nothing appeared too much for them.

lI did not like the breakfasts at all , the coffee is from a machine ( not an expresso machine ) the fruit juice is from a machine, and the bread and patisseries were of a poor industrial quality ....... in a country like Italy with exceptionally good coffee normally, plenty of fresh fruit available, I did not find this acceptable. Less choice and better quality would be my advice to the management.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the room and bathroom for the price were spacious and good, the bed was for my taste a bit too hard, the placement of the Hotel was convenient rather than beautiful, but my room did have a good view of the snow covered Alps in the distance. Also there is plenty of easy parking in front of the Hotel.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere...no bar/ restaurants/ shops at walking distance (yet hotel has a 24hrs little shops where to buy snacks, warer, personal care stuff and chargers...they also have a restaurant - this was not available due to an event but possible to have a pizza delivery) ok with a car 10 mins away from Cherasco and Bra

The location is not the best. It is in a big field with a car toll in close proximity and a factory in the distance. However, if you have a car and will be out all day, it's a perfectly good place to stay.

Extremely nice staff. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and clean. I had a good nights sleep.

We checked in at 2AM, I informed about a late check in and required for a silent room. We had to change the room due to strange noise from the bathroom. Second room was better. But in the morning a lot of noise came from the aisle, due to other doors closing (slamming) and people walking. Breakfast and breakfast room are a little bit "sad"

We stopped here for only one night as we were too tired of driving and we did not expect such lovely and comfortable hotel. The parking was very spacious, with lots of parking spots. The room itself was very spacious as well, super comfortable bed and pillows and very big and clean bathroom. The staff was super nice, the gentleman that greeted us in the evening was very friendly and we even got the chance to talk for a minute or two as we were pretty tired. The young lady that assisted us with the check out was nice as well. Overall, great stay, strongly recommend!

The hotel was hacked and I received a few emails from “the hotel” saying that I needed to confirm the parking and my staying, they even contact me in my WhatsApp, thanks God I ignored everything because it was FAKE and someone was trying to scam me, the hotel confirmed that…. SO BE AWARE OF WEIRD MESSAGES
