Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe hotel was nice and we enjoyed the stay. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful in meeting your needs, breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant were delicious (we booked a half-board option), the room (family? on the 3rd floor) was quite spacious, beds were comfortable. There is a large playroom for the kids with TV and a few games. It can also be used to do some work or reading. There is a bar adjacent to the lobby. The spa is satisfying including the sauna and the turkish bath. The jacuzzi had a perfect temperature suitable for kids compared to boiling hot in some other places. There is a parking garage in the basement, but parking requires some care if you have a large vehicle (there are also a few spots available alongside the driveway which we had utilized if the garage was full late at night). The room may get hot due to heating arrangement throughout the building, but leaving the balcony door open for some time solves the problem. The location is generally quiet - we heard no people partying and yelling at night. The hotel is about 300m away from the nearest ski lift - you can either drive and park there, use a free ski bus or ... walk in case you love such a workout. There is a train station and ski bus stops by the ski lift, which can take you to the adjacent skiing areas. There is a small supermarket, a pasticceria and a few other shops within walkable distance (few hundred meters). There is a larger supermarket in a kilometer or so (SPAR or similar). Be careful relying on GPS driving through the town as it can bring you to the streets, which are so narrow, that the vehicle can literally get stuck between two houses.

Israelthe pictures for "double room" that i booked and paid for clearly show a hot tub in the room, but its not there, when asked at the check in desk i was told its only in the premium rooms. (but there is no "premium double room" in the options). the hotel hot tub is on maintenance, and the hotel pool closed earlier then we arrived, i did arrive a bit late at about 21:00 but still. i really was expecting to get into a hot tub after a really long day, and this was one of the main reasons i chose this place to begin with. also breakfast ends at 9am we were told, which is too early in my opinion. also the picture of the waterfall is not near the hotel at all. otherwise very nice place.

The staff is very helpfull and kind. Breakfast was very good. Location 500 meters from Daolasa gondola (8-10 min walk by ski boots :-)0. There is also ski bus every 15 min from the hotel but it was overcroudy at morning hours.

CroatiaThe Hotel is new and very clean. The room is very confortable with a balcony, a big screen Tv, nice bathroom and firm beds. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices and great coffee. The food was delicious. Our motocycle appreciated the garage :)
