Just the Wi-Fi in my room was not working well, very low sometimes zero. But luckily I had my own internet connection on my mobile so was not a big issue for me. And would prefer a bit more cheaper price for a stay of one person 😊 but all and everything in the room was good and comfortable.

Everything was perfect, extra grazie mille to Giuseppe who was really kind and helpful. Unfortunately it was a rainy weather in Rome and I had no umbrella with me, he helped me out and gave me an umbrella to use. Was a short but nice stay, thanks.

The idea of accessing the building with just one key for the whole family was kind of challenging as my kids were old enough to be coming and going on their own. I think an extra pair of keys would have made our stay more easy.

Our stay as a family was very good at the Blue inn considering it is not a hotel. The suite had everything that was needed for a family. We also had access to a kitchen with free coffee and tea. The hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to the Spanish steps and all other famous attractions. There was a few good restaurants around the area as well as a supermarket. The staff were very helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable

Small thing: You need a bit of time to figure the shower out, we sometimes had a bit of cold water in between.

The host was very helpful and advised us many things to try and see. Spot on with our expectations every time! Room was very(!!) clean and the location was close to all big attractions to see.

Location was within easy walking district of the termini and trevi fountain, Spanish steps etc.. More of a business district so great less touristy restaurants and coffee shops. Really enjoyed staying in this area away from the crowds. Host gave us some great local recommendations.

Location was just off centre but no longer than a 10/15min walk to centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and facilities in and out of room were great too. They have a small kitchenette that guests can use with a coffee machine and pods too.

Warm hosting, it’s just 10–15 mins walk to some of the famous attractions in Rome and also 9 mins walk if you want to join a day tour to Pompeii. Evnthough our balcony is facing out to the street but it’s still very quiet in the night

When explaining the hot water system, our host mentioned a limitation in that the hot water would auto-shutoff when it ran 20 minutes and require a manual reset if it was tripped. Our instructions were to leave it running for 19 minutes, pause 20 seconds, and run it for 19 more minutes. It takes about 45 minutes to fill up the tub (which wasn't a problem). I knew I should have asked "what happens if multiple rooms run it for more than 20 minutes in total?" Long story short, there's some contention for hot water on busy nights, and the system may shut off, OR, you might find yourself contending with other rooms for hot water pressure. This only happened to us once in the week we were there, and it really wasn't a big deal. This said, it's reasonably probable that the hot water issue occurs relatively frequently here, and it's probably a limitation that the management has little to no control over (except for resetting the system).

The staff were comprehensive and extremely kind, even though they likely deal with entitled and rude guests frequently in this location. At one point my partner was sick and both Giuseppe and Simone followed up, asking if they could run to the farmacia in order to help with any needs. The person who did the cleaning was also extremely kind and friendly. I can't recommend these people enough, they made the stay extremely pleasant and accommodated our every need. The Jacuzzi was a delight after long days walking through Rome. Highly recommend.
