The villa we were only had 1 window that could be opened just a little bit. The villa was hot and it took a long time to bring the temperature down. There are also some cats around that came into our villa unexpectedly

The apartment needs to provide a few more basic needs such as paper towels, dish soap, etc. so that you can clean up after yourself. Otherwise, it was all great.

Beautiful property in a very quiet, peaceful location on a vineyard. You really need a car to explore Montalcino which is up the hill. Helpful, friendly staff.

Beautiful property with immaculate service by Luana and staff! the villas are modern, yet charming to perfectly suit the relais. Pool and outdoor facilities are lovely, as well. The only negative thing is that we stayed at the room called Villa Rosso di Montalcino, and every day aorund 7 AM a big noise started, I am not sure if it was someone from the staff preparing the breakfast or the guests above us, or both! But it was the negative point of our trip to this hotel, we couldn't sleep anymore after 7:30!

The swimming pool is so beautiful, with a great view of the vineyards and the olive trees! One of a kind! The room is so big, and for our family of 3 it was perfect! The room has everything you need to feel comfortable! The staff was so attentive! The wine tasting at the hotel is great. I'd recommend to everyone! The breakfast was so good, it's worth the extra 15 euros, there was real orange juice with local products and amazing pastries and breads.

The team at Borgo Canallichio is a true gem, always going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay for their guests. Their helpfulness and sympathetic nature made me feel instantly welcomed and cared for. They were readily available to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and assist with any requests. The pool area was simply amazing. Nestled amidst the lush greenery, it provided a serene oasis for relaxation. The beauty and cleanliness of the hotel were also worth mentioning. Overall, my stay at Borgo Canallichio was nothing short of perfection. The staff's hospitality, the stunning pool area, and the pristine beauty and cleanliness of the hotel all contributed to an unforgettable experience. The hotel owners are also the owners of the winery located on the other side of the road, which produces one of the best Brunellos in the region, thus, a wine tour can be easily arranged.

The resort locates in a nice place with 7 minutes drive to the town centre of Montalcino. The room was very nice, comfortable and tranquil including cooking facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Lucia who helped sort out the wine shipment logistic and restaurant booking. She's excellent. On the whole, we had a very pleasant stay.
