We thought it would be closer to central Venice but it’s about a 30 minute ferry ride and 20 minute walk away fro St Mark’s Square. The garden was also under construction and we had opted for a garden view, which I’m sure will be beautiful once it’s complete.

We loved the breakfast provided by this hotel and the staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly.

It is quite far from the central area of Lido, and the pool was very cold when we visited.

Mosquitoes 😏the air conditioning in our room didn’t always work, it was very hot trying to sleep. As well the toiletry and cups were not restocked during our 4night stay. The breakfast was mostly good but the hot items were always cold.

It was easy to get to and the grounds were nice and well maintained. The bike rentals were great we used them a few times. The staff were very helpful.

Couldn't fault it. Even the owner came over to say hello. Special mention to Jacamo who kept us topped up on Aperol Spritz's and was a joy to be around.

The hotel is in a perfect and quiet location, easy to get to as the bus stop is directly in front. The staff were amazing, breakfast had everything you could wish for, the pool is perfect, rooms very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend.

From when we stepped into the hotel, front desk superb, room superb, breakfast fabulous, they have bike rental we used and had the best time riding all over the island. The swimming pool top notch, we could of stayed another week.

The room was smaller than I expected it to be. I think that it was a little too expensive compared to other hotels I stayed in, but it’s probably because we booked it with 3 days prior.

The room had been cleaned every day, the towels were replaced daily. The staff was excellent and considerate during our stay. At first we didn’t think too much of the pool, but after 3 hours in the sun at the beach, going to the pool and staying under a tree and enjoying a swim was everything we didn’t knew we needed. We ordered an aperol spritz and the barman brought some olives and some chips along, on the house. The location wasn’t as bad as I first thought it will be. To be honest, I think I prefer to stay here then on any other island. It is a nice little town. There is always a vaporetto that you can take from the station and go wherever you want. I highly suggest to buy a pass for the number of days of your stay. It will come in handy. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety!

Outside of the hotel there is a big compressor running 24/7 (for the Aircon?). Unfortunately you can hear it a bit in the room.

The pool was nice, it's a good retreat from, the very busy, Venice. Staff was exceptional, they really helped to make our stay great!

Nothing. Perhaps the lack of restaurant in hotel but there was a great choice of restaurants just a short bus journey away.

Lovely location. But when booking didn't realise we had to get ferry to island. Room overlooking lagoon with balcony - lovely view. Bus right outside the hotel to waterbus to visit Venice. Parking outside hotel. Breakfast was good and a good variety of choice.

Outstanding breakfast, very pretty room with view of the lagoon. Expansive backyard in which to relax with hammocks. Walking distance or a short bus ride into downtown.
