Not very comfortable and rather scruffy. We couldn’t unlock the front door in the morning and had to wake the ‘manager’ who was very grumpy! We nearly missed our airport transfer! It was worrying to consider what might have happened in a fire - our front door key just would not turn when we we inside. It was fine to let us in the night before. It was the cheapest I could book on the island with its own bathroom so I guess you get what you pay for!

The mattress is too thin. You can feel the bars of the bed frame. Not quite enough light in room to read at night. No TV, but that's okay.

maybe the cleanness (i think the bad sheets wasnt changed), bathroom ( the shower door was difficult to close), kitchen was okey

nice and cosy room, near to supermarket, restaurants and the most importantly to the centre, everything was okey we had a little issue with landlady at first, but it was misunderstanding and the rest of the trip she was really friendly

The location was very nice and only walking distance to most attractions. The bedroom was cosy for two and the shared kitchen and bathroom were also clean and tidy. Overall would recommend for those going on a vacation to Venice since the price is reasonable.

Very humid although the two windows were half open and the airco system is on (a dehumifier might help). Mattress is long due a replacement. Tourist tax is higher than what the ministerial (government) website indicates it should be. You will pay for an amount foreseen for 4 stars hotels.

The property is located in a very quiet yet central area of Venice, everything is very close. The bedroom and the batroom are clean. The staff replies very quickly.

Lot of humidity and black mold everywhere. Tiny room with super thin and uncomfortable mattress, not very clean (bathroom even with blood stains) and they charged us for a tax that wasn’t according to the tourism rules (they charged us as a 4 stars hotel and it’s not even a hostel). when we called to clarify the problem, they just said that we had to pay because they considered themselves as a 4 ⭐️ accommodation….

If the window was open, sometimes it was disturbing in the morning by the noise of tourists. Instead of air conditioning, there was a windmill (fortunately there is no hot weather in September). Mosquitoes were annoying from the outside, but the electric repeller was working. For 2 people with suitcases, the ergonomics of the room are quite low.

Good, large bed. Helpful lady manager of the facility. Very handy location to tourist attractions, restaurants, market, communication.

Everything was okay.

The bathroom was exceptionally clean. It is a shared bathroom, but during our visit we not had to share with other guests. Good location, close to the water bus. The room is big enough, and equipped with a powerful airco what is important in the middle of the summer.

Everything. It is filthy and there is a damp mildew smell, there were orange/red stains on sheets that she would just tuck under the mattress and duvet cover was also stained. Bed’s wooden slats/boards were put on uneven for the mattress and the host used a bed sheet as a support to compensate for missing one. Also, there is a very low ceiling height. This didn’t matter to me because I’m short 5’1, still I could touch the ceiling with my hand just at my height. If you’re taller, you’ll bump your head. All photos shown are just of the room.

Excellent location, staff in the house to help with our questions, equipped shared kitchen, possibility to use shared fridge, own bathroom, heating with thermostat, drinkable water, good value for the money

There is no possibility to leave the luggage after check out, that is not convenient. In the island there is only one luggage storage which is a bit expensive.

The stay was super nice, we were eating together and had a great time there.

fake air conditioning ( or not working ) dirty bedsheets, 99% of humidity ( thanks to not working or fake AC ). Insects in the bad ( we were truly beaten, fleas or bad bugs, doesn’t matter … ). We have been told that we can leave the luggage before check in, and it is not true ( and that’s kinda important, especially when you plan to do that and you think you can )
