The location was convenient and close to local attractions, which made getting around easy. The host was friendly and provided some helpful information about the area. The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped. Overall, it was a decent experience, and it met my needs for a short stay. There are some areas that could use a bit of improvement.

Great property, had everything we needed and value for money was amazing. The bus is literally just outside and takes you straight into Venice where you can either get the water taxi or walk up to the main square - both take about 30 mins so it’s about 50 mins to an hour from the campsite into san marco square.

It was a bit far away from the main city. but easy to get there since there is a Bus stop right next to the hotel. The WIFI was very slow. it hardly works.

There is a Direct bus from venice central in every 30 minutes and it takes 20–30 minutes to get there. last bus is around 11 :00. The pool was not open yet, they start the pool it in peak summer. the camp was clean and rooms were also clean .

The only “downside” is I could hear the people next door at all hours through the night and the fridge was quite noisy, but I had earplugs so not terrible

Beautiful land and well kept, I stayed in a private static home with bathroom and was very good. Shower ran hot, good lighting, a fridge and AC/heating. Bus connection to Venice right outside and staff were very helpful with travel information/tickets. The bed was also very comfortable

The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. We had hot water all the time though and it was nice from that point of view.

The energy of the staff, the low price and the fact that everything is surrounded by nature! We could get quite fast to Venice since the bus station is very close (bus 53)

The bungalows have no sound proofing so you hear everythingggg. Had to bang on the wall at 2am one night so let the neighbours know their talking and laughing was a bit much

Great set up, central bathrooms/laundry/kitchen with campers, caravans etc all around there is also an onsite market, pool, coffee, the restaurant was closed but we got to order pizza through reception from the local at a reduced rate. The cutest camp dog too!

THE MOSQUITOS, the fault is partly mine because im extremely sensitive to mosquito bites etc. but since we went there in autumn i couldn't thought that would be a big issue.. it was indeed. I had to get myself cooling cream for the bites and also a sprey for the insects etc. I guess it won't be that bad if they could properly install the Mosquito nets to the window because there were gaps in the corners etc. The distance to Venice was about half an hour by bus but considering the price point it's fair.

fair price, great place for camping, there is also tiny houses for the families etc. Well clean&lovely staff. There is a direct bus connection from Venice too.

You need good slippers for bad weather. When it is raining, the access outside the room/mobile house can be difficult. The room is without cleaning everyday, but I knew that, so it was ok.

The camping is near the bus station, from where you can go directely ro Piazzale Roma - Venice (bus 53E), or to Mestre Station (bus 43). Also, there is a bus for Parma. Silent location, a lot of trees, the common bathroom was clean, hot water all the time. There is a minimarket inside, with normal prices. Nearby, in Oriago di Mira -15 minutes walking, is a Maxi supermarket. Nice and helpful staff.

There was a lot of humidity in the house, to the point that we would wake up to our clothes being moist.

The house was cozy and comfortable, clean, and had all what's necessary for a good stay. The place itself is nice, specially with kids, as it has a playground and plenty of space for them to run around. Venice is only half an hour away, which made it easy to go and come back. Staff was always friendly and available, helpful with any questions we had.

The mosquitoes were horrible. There's nothing that they could do about it, but bring repellent. Also, the restaurant and pool were closed because of the off-season but there were still loads of people so I feel like they could have kept those open longer but that's just a personal thought.

It was very close to Venice as promised. The bus to Venice stops just outside the entrance so it was very convenient. The accommodation was very clean, well set up, and the shower in our cabin was hot and had good water pressure.

The walls on the small rooms were waaaay too thin so you can hear everything from your neighbors room, when they're walking the whole room shakes like an earthquake, difficult to sleep like that if your neighbors are loud and don't care about quiet walking.

Ambient, coziness, bed was comfortable, easy to find, easy to get to town, bus is cheap, they sell bus tickets at the reception, would book again but for a private mobile home with bathroom and kitchen.
