The air conditioning is in front of the bed and we had problems setting the temperature. We asked the staff, but they were not able to solve the problem. The food was good, but the same dishes were in the menu several times during the week.

The hotel is just a couple of steps away from the beach. The room was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Maybe a drinks fridge in every room would be helpful. One day on the first floor come some ants in the bathroom, maybe from outside.

I've bee to other hotels in the area, but this one was exceptional. The meals were so delicios and variated. The stuff was nice and helpful. The owners is so kind and friendly and hard-working. The views are great and the proximity near the beach is an advantage. The interior design is awesome and the rooms are cleaned every day.

The amount of soap and shower-gel/shampoo is quite small.

I was pleased to see the hotel. I arrived late and the late night staff was so friendly and helpful. Even helped me to drive my car to hotel, because of the traffic interdiction after 20.00 o'clock. The rooms were big with air conditioner. The hotel stair steps and hotel lobby was so elegant and so styled. The owners of the hotel are so nice, kind, helpful and present in all activities. Regardless of breakfast, lunch or dinner, they are always present and help the workers there. The menus are so consistent and tasty that you can't eat 3 meals a day (at least I can't). The food is so diverse and sophisticated that everyone can choose their preferences. The hotel is located right in front of the beach and has reserved sun beds that do not need to be paid extra. The pool is heated between the beach and the hotel. The staff is particularly kind, cheerful, communicative and helpful. Hats off and all respect!!! In different evenings, events are organised and live bands sing in the lobby! The atmosphere is wonderful.

Mosquitos

Hotel offered free sun beds on the beach, as well as towels, safe and bicycles. Food and drink was good both in the hotel and resort. Also very quiet throughout the resort even though it was full of people. Good for families. Trouble free.

I missed a little fridge in the room.

The staff was very kind, the room was very clean, every day there was cleaning of the room. At breakfast there was many various of cakes. The dinner was tasty. The hotel is on the beach.

It is always a bit hit and miss if you are generally a solo older woman traveller - so it's a general problem I find travelling, where women on their own often seem to be viewed a bit dismissively- which is frankly very disappointing! I feel that a bit more effort ( by some) could be made to make you feel more comfortable and "feel welcome" at this hotel.

Breakfast was the only let down there was lots of choice but the scambled eggs and sausages were cold The espresso coffee wasnt espresso just a shot of normal coffee

Right next to beach Location was great Staff were great Free use of bikes - great little gesture Only let down was breakfast and nothing to do with hotel but a taxi to the bus station (4 minute drive) £25 euro. If we had not had an early flight we would have walked.

The mattresses were a little bit on a hard side, maybe a small desk in the room would be nice.

The staff was very nice and polite. They also speak German and English if your Italian is not so good. The breakfast and dinner both were really good. They have a heated pool and sunbeds on the beach, which is really close to the hotel. Everything was really nice and clean.

Bathroom could be bigger and partition walls are not very thick, so sometimes you could hear the people in the adjacent room even when they were being pretty quiet. But overall I can unreservedly recommend the hotel due to very friendly and helpful staff, great location and very tasty food!

We were only one night in hotel Canarie and unfortunately it was raining but hotel location is perfect near the sea. Staff all over are kind and hotel is clean with good food and service. We were generally satisfied and recommend it.
