It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make our own hot drinks. There was a coffee machine but no alternative option so not great if you don't drink coffee. The main bed we felt was in need of a new mattress, however the additional sofa bed was comfy.

Both Angelo and Mommy were very helpful. The accommodation was in a great location near to the Vatican. It was clean, a good size and good value for money. Breakfast was 5 mins away at a lovely nearby cafe & included a drink & croissant which was nice.

Communication with staff a bit rough, but everything worked out. And for the ones complaining for the extra charge of 20 euro for late check in, yes, it is a simple procedure that shouldn't be so expensive; still, the overall price makes it worth and you know about this extra charge the moment you book. And I guess 20 euro is fair because if you don't manage to get inside, you'll call the contact person at 3 AM.

Location, on a main street close to the Vatican, at a very good price (the last 2 years, prices blew up in most european destinations). The included italian breakfast was very good (if you are not familiar, it has only coffee and sweet croissant; if you want a sandwich, you have to pay).

We were unable to do a late checkout. Checkout was at 1100 and we wanted to leave a little later. They did offer to store our bags but we didn't want them in a common area where others had access to them. Otherwise everything was good.

The location was great. It had shopping, restaurants and it was located right outside of the Vatican. We met the housekeeper who was so sweet and nice, she was also very helpful.

It was miscommunication issue, according to the portal the checking time was in between 2pm and 7pm and in my booking I said that we were arriving at around 3pm. However we were arriving 4pm on wards and they were rushing us to check in; because the lady who was supposed to receive us ends her shift at 4pm. Well I understand that but if we were told about ahead of time perhaps we were able to change our train schedule. Something to work in is the shower is very tiny and can be a risky in my opinion.

Late check-in fees, self check-in, weird smell to it. Small room, shower didn't have handles, shelves were flimsy, there were some odd smell to the place.

It was easy to access since it's mostly contact free. Code door made it easy. There was an effort to make the place clean.

The toilet is constantly clogged. The owner had a mechanic to fix it, however the problem still appeared. The toilet itself has no silicone at the bottom and the water flows out of it. It goes with the bad smell. Unfortunately it was a big inconvenience

The room was really nice and pretty, newly renovated and the location is great. Everyday cleaning, nice neighbourhood.

We were a family of four and felt it was a little small, however it was great value and location is amazing - especially with the children.
