Came by taxi - from Latina train station. Silvia the host was very kind and helpful. Silvia organised pizza as the place is outside the city and without a car you have to rely on delivery. Next morning Silvia organised a Taxi. She was an excellent host.

Very friendly host (Silvia), we felt like we were family and knew her for a long time. Her B&B is in a picturesque area; she provided suggestions for dinner and some sightseeing. We loved her horse that roams the backyard of the property. The B&B is a fairly new house of high quality, the room was large, bright and superclean. I wish we could have stayed longer, but this was our last day. Drive to FCO (Rome airport) took about 1.5 hrs, maybe a bit less, and this was with fairly heavy traffic near Rome.

Silvia was an excellent friendly host. The rooms are so clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the terrace was very nice. The beautiful sun set and the birds chirping in the morning add to this excellent Latina stay.

Silvia, our host, was just wonderful. She was so helpful and very much went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, her breakfast was delicious, and Silvia offered great recommendations to help us get around town and explore the area. It was also so lovely and peaceful to stay at Casale Appia after the workday (we were traveling for business) or after our days visiting busy Rome and Naples over the weekend.

Elegant, clean design; comfortable bed; excellent shower; gorgeous outdoor seating; wonderful dining space. But best of all is the proprietress, Sylvia. She is a pro and a five star hostess. Her recommendations were spot on. We not wish to leave.

wonderful place in a wonderful area! very Italian. absolutely quiet, very comfortable - best place for a couple to rest. and if you follow Silvia's recommendations for dinner, you are in heaven! will definitely come back!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Casale Appia. The property is very clean and modern. The room was spacious (including the bathroom!) and the bed very comfortable. The property’s location was also ideal, providing easy access to many destinations but also the peace and quiet of being at the end of a countryside road. Casale Appia was the perfect base for a varied holiday. We experienced the sea and gorgeous nature, discovered great town and villages (Latina, Terracina, Gaeta, Sperlonga, Sermoneta) and tasted delicious food. None of this would have been possible without the help of our fantastic host, Silvia. Her knowledge of the area was impressive, her restaurant recommendations were excellent and her warmth and dedication made us feel right at home. We will definitely go back!

Accommodation was beautiful, clean, quiet place with kind Silvia, who was always willing to give us tips for trips and amazing places which we wouldn’t probably visited without her advices. You need a car get around.

A most kind host, who helped us discover the area, even helped us to book our dinners. The facility is practically new and impecably clean. Great breakfast. It takes 25-30 minutes to drive to Sermonetta, Sezze, Bassiano, Norba Antica, Sabaudia’s & San Felice Circeo’s beautiful beaches and the fabulous Gardino di Ninfa, which is a must to visit.
