Bathroom was separate from the room and shower head was broken, but possible to use.

Mrs Nadja wait for us at accomodation at 10 after our flight. Everythink ok. Flat was very near to train station, 10 minutes by foot.

the only thing not ok was the room door. first because it was squeaky, we tried to oil it but still... second, the key from our bathroom could open the door from our room. that would be not so much of a problem but then we investigated further and observed that even the key from other person's bathroom could open our room door. and so my laptop went to verona and lake garda. :) there are some lockers in the hallway but i did not try using them.

the room was large and very clean, so was the bathroom and kitchen both equipped with all necessary stuff. location is pretty good, is near to train station in walking distance. wifi ok.

The double bed was a little bit uncomfortable, the blankets are too thin, I was cold at night. The location is wrong on Google Maps, so we couldn't find it at first - it should be corrected.

The host was very nice, she recommended us a great taverna of her friend's and she even took us there by car. Clean flat and house. Near the train station.

There are only outside private bathrooms.I was offered and upgrading for 60 euros extra charge for a private bathroom but it was the same outside bathroom .Private bathroom is fake upgrading.The host refused to compensate the 60 euros upgrading expense. Ft

The listing mentioned 'private bathroom', however the bathrooms were not attached to our room and had to walk down a corridor. The bathroom had no handwash soap and little bath liquid (enough for one bath) The bedrooms did not have a cupboard, just a basic coat rack with hangers The beds could have been firmer The host charged us extra for 'late checkin' which was disappointing as there was a train delay and we missed the connection. The late checkin rates also increased by the hour which wasnt justified (9PM-11PM: €10, 11PM - 12AM: €20, post 12AM: €30 !!!). What is the logic behind this ??

The apartment was freezing cold, I am not carrying a thermometer with myself but I seriously doubt the temperature reached at least 18 Celsius (I have around 19 at home and it felt much colder, so I think it was way under but I can't prove it obviously) The other thing is communication - the owner usually responded to my messages, but her English was quite cryptic to say the least, sometimes it was really hard to figure out what she meant (and no, it's not my language competence, I'm not native obviously, but my proficiency is well enough to understand messaging concerning getting into a building or sg like that)

The location is good enough and the owner was flexible with the check-in, although if you pick this place, be prepared that checking in late comes with an extra charge

The accommodation is shared with 3 rooms in total which I don't think was clear. The images also show that there is a living room with sofa, which we didn't have access to whilst staying there. We had a private bathroom but this was kept being used by other people staying at the property.
