No real complaints, the only thing would be the location. We hadn’t anticipated needing a car. Think it would be a struggle without one.

We loved our stay at Casetta 56. The staff were lovely, really helpful & accommodating. Breakfast was continental & there was plenty of choice. In terms of location, would definitely recommend hiring a car. Taxis are few & far between & the road Casetta 56 is on is unlit & there are no pavements. Staff recommended we hire a car & arranged it all for us. Really glad they did. Our boys loved the pool, the table football & the pool table. There were two private events held whilst we were there but they did not affect us at all. We could not hear the music & the persons attending were respectful of the residents.

Noise... I have not expected there are so many speeding drivers/bikers at night, waking us multiple times. Eear plugs were not an option (small children). Besides, I had an impression that rooms in the pictures were larger than the ones we checked in.

Nice view of the village, hospitality, swimming pool and relax area - very helpful for families travelling with children (safe and clean). If you prefer to dine or party - there is also a well equipped area (including a drink bar) for that.

Nothing! It is located near a road but for us that isn’t a problem. If you’re a “light” sleeper then ask for a room at the backside of the building.

This was a fantastic place to stay as a stopover on our way to Italy. It had extra parking large enough for our minivan across the street, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. After a long drive with hungry kids, having the pizza place downstairs was a perfect convenience.

Breakfast was nice. Friendly staff. Located at a busy road. You don't want to have the room facing to the road due to noise. I asked for another room and got a new one facing to the back. That worked out way better.

Only small drawback is the fact that the property is located near a busy provincial road, house is pretty isolated so sound is not significant.

Perfect spot near lots of activities in the area. We stayed 12 days, nearby are for example Imola circuit, Aquafan aquapark, Ferrari museo, Ducati Borgo panigale museo and great city places to see in the area. Very very pleasant and friendly staff, helped us out with almost every question we asked. Information and helpful calls to for example the Ducati museo. Very nice accommodation. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Everything is very love fully designed. Also our two dogs were welcome. We can hardly wait to come back.

The room became fairly stuffy at night and we could not figure out how to turn on the in room AC unit so we opened the window to try to get some fresh air but unfortunately our room faced the somewhat busy road that the property was next to so we then had to deal with a decent amount of road noise while trying to sleep. Additionally, there was another group staying at the property who stayed up late (3 am or so) drinking, smoking and talking and we could both hear them and smell the weed they were smoking in our room. Additionally, the breakfast was by far the most meager of all the options we had at the 5 hotels we stayed at on our trip throughout Italy.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Location next to a main road and electricity sub station was poor as didn’t feel very agro tourism.Not enough shade outside and no evening meals on site.

Pool was good. Room good for 2 adults and 3 kids with separate area for parents with tv. Good size bathroom.
