Good sleep only with earplugs. -The highway is 50m from the hotel, so you can hear it through the window. Also thin walls and a dog barking all the time. I used earplugs to sleep. -The shower was not nice. It was clean and water hot but the shower head was more like a garden hose and the water was one hard stream. It can be easily fixed by replacing the shower head. -It's close to the lake but there are no beaches. You have to drive to a spot where you can go in the lake. -Everything is slightly old but that's totally okay because it's well maintained. It's just not for you if you want something modern.

For the price it was perfect. -Bed was comfortable, which is probably the most important part! -The view from the balcony is breathtaking. I watched the sunset over the lake. -The room smelled very nice when I arrived. -The interior design was coherent and unique. The style was a mix of artdeco and haiwaiin vibes. -Wifi was fast, which I experienced is not so common in Italy. -Thr booking conditions were awesome (Checkout 13:00, cancel anytime, pay at property)

There was nobody at the Rezeption when I arrived. There was a sign saying you have to call a number. The lady answering the phone didn't speak english. There were bildung constructions going on during my stay. It was noisy and dusty.

The wonderful view out off the window over the Lago di Trasimeno. The big balkony. My two dogs were very welcome and I didn't have to pay anything extra.

A very comfortable room with a balcony and lake view. The buffet breakfast better than most hotels I have visited. The pool was very welcome in the hot afternoon. I hope to visit again. Thank you.

The view from the hotel was great! Nice vintage decoration and furniture, the owner was very kind, the breakfast could have more savour options not only sweet.

There was a thick layer of dust on the spare blanket in the cupboard about half a centimetre thick that showered the room when I got it down. The shower door handle was broken and there were random old plumbing pipes sticking out of the walls in the bathroom. The door to the room and external were slightly broken or stiff. Bad facilities. The pool was an eye saw - the cover was covered in brown mouldy water.

The bed was not uncomfortable. The location was okay.

I really liked my stay at Hotel Cavalieri. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Had a nice view over the lake. Parking spot right in front of the hotel.

I don't think there is anything I could fault.A

There were mixed reviews for this hotel, so we went with a little trepidation. It was unnecessary. The hotel is perfectly located with views over Lake Trasimeno. It is not a town location and not the best for going to restaurants, bars etc, but it was just what we wanted. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and we had a lake view terrace - perfect. There is a restaurant which serves good food at a reasonable price. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and Luana helped us when we had a major problem with our car. This necessitated an extra night which was no problem for them. We will be going again. Thanks to all the staff for a lovely visit.
