We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything in this family-owned hotel is just adorable to make you feel like at home. Stunning views, impeccable customer service by the owner and all the staff always with a smile, very clean and well-maintained facilities, spacious room, attention to details, top quality restaurant and free wine tasting, secure garage, nice spa area. United StatesWe liked pretty much everything. Although there was all the coffee I wanted at breakfast, I am usually dependent upon a cup once I get out of bed, so not having a coffee maker in the room was not an essential miss, but I did move a little slower until breakfast was ready.
The hotel was in a beautiful tranquil location central to our main points of interest for our time in the Dolomites (1.25hr from Tre Cime di Lavaredo, 1hr from Seceda/Col Raiser, 1 hr from Lago di Braises/Prager Wildsee). The rooms were large with comfortable bedding. The entire property was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay included breakfast and dinner at an extremely affordable price. The meals were very good with fixed menus thay could be altered upon request. The spa was simple but had everything we needed including modern infrared saunas, steam rooms, traditional saunas, whirlpool, and a relaxation room. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and affordable.

We loved everything about the property. It is a family run hotel, and they all go out of their way to make sure that your stay is fantastic. The food at the restaurant is amazing. The room was absolutely incredible. It was one of the most gorgeous views. We only stayed two nights, but could have stayed a lot longer. We cannot recommend this place enough.

United KingdomThe spa is in a separate building and because we only stayed one night we were not given gowns to use. This meant having to undress and then put clothes back on again in the area which wasn’t relaxing. The sauna was a bit cold and the relaxation area dark and unwelcoming.
Nice, well-furnished room with a view of the hills. Friendly welcome. Good evening meal. They were happy to alter the presented set menu to allow for a dietary intolerance. Good breakfast. We were offered garage parking but did not use it.

United StatesOur stay at Hotel Cavallino was wonderful. Very comfortable, clean, and spacious room with a cute balcony. Delicious dinner and breakfast. All of the staff members were lovely and very accommodating. The owner is great and clearly puts a lot of work and heart into the space. They have a great spa right across the street where we enjoyed the sauna, which was perfect after a day of hiking. We would absolutely come back and recommend this place to anyone that will be in the area!

SloveniaNothing in life is really perfect and you can never please everybody, We've missed our "standard hotel breakfast" bacon and eggs, but there's plenty of other selection.
Garage to have parked our motorbike in, big comfortable room with kitchenette, separate bathroom with the toilet and additional toilet, nice balcony with a great view. A four-course dinner was great. Stuff are so friendly that felt like visiting the family.
