Perfect location. Very close to the train station and airport bus stop . Also within a walking distance to Cita Alta. The apartment is very spacious, with fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine. There is a great private outdoor terrace. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful too.

Nothing at all

Everything about it, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Nespresso coffee was a lovely touch! It has a little balcony to sit out on and a lift so you don’t need to take the stairs. Perfectly clean with toiletries. The bed is firm but really comfy. 5 mins walk through the lower city with all amenities around and short walk from train takes you to the funicular.. really love Bergamo! The receptionist we collected the keys from was so friendly and informative . We stayed 2 nights but could have stayed here a lot longer!

Excellent apartment, fully equiped with everything you may need, walking distance from bus stations to Cita Alta, the funicular and the airport. The staff is realy helpful and kind. We will definitely return to stay here on our next visit.

Nice roomy apartment. Great big balcony. 15 minutes walk from train station and a couple of minutes from airport bus stop. A nice deli a few meters away. Staff friendly and helpful.

The temperature of the apartment is remotely monitored and controlled by the owner which is unacceptable.

The key pick up place at the hostel was a bit difficult to find without a local sim working, it is advised to take a taxi if you don't have a local phone to guid you.

The location is excellent, just 1 minute walk from the shopping district and the Christmas markets, yet very quiet, and feels very safe for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, There was a washing machine,and the fridge was stocked with juices , and milk. There were also litlle toats and jams, which was great to have after the long day of travel. The receptionist took me to the apartment, so that was great to, and they brought me a washing machine detergent when I asked for it.

You couldn't adjust the heating, but it was fine for us.

Keys were collected from Central Hostel Bergamo, and they showed us to the property too. They were very helpful with advice. After check out we also stored the luggage there and they helped with an airport taxi. The apartment was spacious and had what we needed. The location was good. The apartment was well stocked with basics.

The only lower mark concerns the sound isolation. In general noise from the street is noticeable, and this could be improved.

Really easy top marks for this one! The flat was impeccably clean, has everything you might need - even a nice balcony - and the host was also very friendly. Really recommended

We stayed only for one night but the apartment is exactly like on the photos and has a good location. It was very cold the day we arrived so some heating would be good, however, we could not change the heating for some reason. Besides the heating, everything was perfect and we recommend!

Breakfast is only sweets, nothing fresh, no ham or cheese. But nice coffee maker is available :-).

Great appartment in Bergamo, only 20 minutes by bus from the airport. I enjoyed terrace very much. Also air-condition is fine in hot days. I would like to come again.

Although the apartment was cleaned every day, the cleanliness was not at a high level. The floor was always dusty. It was impossible to walk barefoot or in socks. The bathroom and toilet were also old and uncomfortable.

The apartment is located in an old building. It has all the facilities, even a computer. You can drink coffee on the spacious balcony. But if you don't like staying in old houses, then look for another place.

The bed was extremely hard. Kitchen utensils needed an update e.g. scissors missing.

Nice apartment close to Porta Nuova and only a short walk from the station. Nice and friendly staff.

Not clean enough - we found 3 small black hairs in the bathroom and on the bed The towels have bad quality - it literally feels that you use paper Weird bed and very noisy Noise from outside

The apartment is infested with mosquitos, we asked the staff to help us with a repellent but they refused , The balcony is dirty, and the provided towels are of very bad quality. The temperature controller is blocked (Thermostat), the apartment is cold. I won't recommend it, even for free .
