If I could give 200 points to this hotel I would. Everything was absolutely perfect since the second we arrived until the last moment. The hotel experiences worth incredible. Everything is so clean, perfectly curated and the most amazing is the location in front of thar beautiful Alps mountain. The attention of the crowd is also top notch. I recommend it to everyone who wants to live an unforgettable experience.

The property is cozy, chick and fabulous. I would spend days in it. The dining is fenomenal, the atmosphere at the spa with the DJ is crazy fun. It feels modern, trendy, sofisticated and classy at the same time.

We cant be 2. night because we had funreal, and menagement didt give us to move date, only for one 1. Thats too bad. We spent more than 1.000e for nothing, only drive all day and all night for few hours of relaxing there...

Sadly the spa closed in my opinion too early (at 7pm)! It would be ideal if the pool remains open as I am sure the guests would enjoy and sock in the Chalet experience more making it more enjoyable.

Love the concept and idea behind this Chalet. Loved every minute of our stay. The staff are very helpful and do their best to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as much as possible. An excellent breakfast service and very good food. The spa facilities, especially the outside pool and hot tubs are amazing to enjoy against the backdrop of the mountains. An experience which I truly recommend. Loved the DJ sessions by the pool.

I liked everything

Beautiful hotel with amazing stuff always looking after you. The food was amazing With a variety of choices. The staff was really nice even when we arrived we were offered a free early check in. When we left we also had a free late check out (at 12pm instead of 10am). The water in the pool and hot tub was very warm and nice. The prices are very good and realistic for a 5 star hotel in alps. Recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing and nice holiday with an amazing view.

It is a wonderful Chalet,with spectacular view. The amenities are unique. The infinity pool is breathtaking, All the accomodation is very clean (spa,room). The shared places are wonderfully decorated. The breakfast is very nice with plenty of choices.. All the personnel is very kind and helpful, especially Giada who welcomed us, informed us completely, with kindness and humour and answered every question we had for the services. It is an excellent choice for calmness and jubilation!!

More GF options on the breakfast menu would be my only comment. There was enough though and totally appreciate that.

Giada was so lovely and welcoming. Just what you want after a long journey. Sat us down, took care of the luggage whilst she gave us complimentary champagne and showed us around. Perfect.

Whatever pictures of the hotel you see on the web, cannot do the justice. One of the most beautiful, eccentric and romantic places we’ve ever stayed in (and we travel a lot)! Food and drinks were fantastic as well. 10 out of 10!

Everything was extraordinary! The stunning views, challet design , the staff , location and their attention to all details and innovative idea!! Don’t forget to ask them to take the breakfast with the lamas or in the pool and also go on the hike track
