My room was strongly stank of cigarette.. was dirty. It's airconditioning in the room, but it just wind blow on my head during the night.. they didn't inform me, that they have problem with pay my creditcard.. because secure problem my card denied the access after that the man on the reception read in the phone all of the details from my card.. I got shock and try to escape the situation unscathed...

The room wasn't clean, the shower was dirty and with mold. When I told the woman about it, she didn't like the comment and since then was less friendly with me. She told me she would take care of it but she actually just cleaned it partially (Shower plate). Overall it was still dirty.

The staff was friendly in general and the location was pretty good.

The shower and basin gets clogged very fast. Large rooms but they need to add some basic stuff. Like no hooks to hang towel near shower. No place to hold your shampoo or soap. Head board is very old fashioned and sharp pointed hooks. Hurt my head twice.

Everything was very old. There was just one plug and wasn’t working well. Room was freezing. Duvet was very dirty and thin. I have waited for 10 min to be opened the door in the night. The worst place to stay. The responsible didn’t provide the invoice.

Centrally located between the Bari Centrale Station and Old Town. The staff was wonderful! The room was very comfortable and the perfect size. Balcony with street view.

A great location within walking distance of train station. The hosts were absolutely amazing. They made me feel welcome and helped with all my needs. Nikola was of great help. Love that young man.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel has a very great location. You can get to the city centre and train station very easily. On the balcony you can enjoy the very nice italian atmosphere. The room was cleen. I can recommend this hotel.

The rooms were small, without light and simply the bare necessities...not even a plastic glass.

great stay in a small, old hotel. I cannot speak highly enough of the personnel: they were incredibly warm and made us feel very welcomed. they contacted us before checking in and reassured us that someone would be there when we arrived (late). we were in a room with the queen bed and the extra single bed. it was very very clean. yes, the bathroom is small and the furniture is old, but there is plenty of hot water and the internet is truly high speed. it was late september so we had the windows closed that shielded us from the possible noise in the street. the location is excellent, very close to the train station in minutes and few minutes away from the Giardini Umberto I. plenty of restaurants, cafes, and stores nearby. we are certainly come back here when we come to Bari again.

The furniture in the bedroom was very old and the shower was nearly overflowing. There was only one large towel available for two people. The bedspread looked very old .

Nothing; the people could not be nicer, there was aircon, the bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom spotless.

The night manager was quite literally the sweetest man alive. After I arrived at 4am (thank you Ryanair!) he proceeded to push my check out to hours after the official departure to allow me to actually sleep! There’s nothing quite like someone appreciating how tried you are and wanting to make accomodations for you to feel rested and enjoy your vacation. He was also happy to allow me to wait to pay the following morning (rather than walk to an ATM). An Angel.

Very narrow single room, dark as it faces a courtyard, pretty dated and smelling of old. Poor cleanliness, ants even on the walls.

Ensuite, the position the only bonus.

Great location, accessible lift if you’ve got heavy luggage, great window shutters so the room stays dark for a good sleep and beautiful staff - always so kind and willing to help/give suggestions on things to do in Bari.
