Good to note that it’s really noisy - nothing to do with this property - but I think this would be everywhere in the City Centre (though I wouldn’t change staying here). We were a family of 6 and the table only seated 4, it was missing a washing machine and the showers were a bit small. We also had to park our car at a car park 25mins walking distance as we had a VW Caravelle.

Loved the location and the apartment was really cute and the beds were really comfortable. Very authentic and everything was at your fingertips in the surrounding streets. The host was very helpful and accommodating.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It included a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and laundry. The location is just off a main street in an older residential part of the city not far from Boboli Gardens and the Santo Spirito area, which has many restaurants. It was also a short walk across the river to the main shopping area. The result was that we felt very close to things bit also in a quieter area. The staff was very helpful both before we arrived and while we were there. The host was very quick to respond to WhatsApp messages. When we went to the office, they were very helpful with information both about the unit and Florence in general. We really liked being in a non-tourist area where we could get more of a flavor of the city and culture.

Some minor street noise for the front room that started pretty early. Otherwise, everything was great!

Beautiful, well-maintained apartment on the less touristy side of the river in Florence. Host was very accessible and helpful, including printing out tickets needed for a show we booked. Location is only a 10-20 minute walk from most of the main tourist attractions and a 20-minute walk from the train station.

I like the convenience of having my own kitchen and the bed is comfortable. The staff is all very nice and helpful. I also like the neighborhood that has a grocery nearby, other shops and a square with museums nearby too.

My stay at Dimora Pieri was nothing short of wonderful. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, creating an ambiance of tranquility that was much appreciated after a long day of travel. It would be good to have a couple of extra small bins in the kitchen to properly sort the waste according to the division required for the street bins. Nothing else to complain about as it was great.

Exceptionally clean and large for a family of 3 teens and parents. Staff were very friendly, professional, organised and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Florence. Plenty of power point for charging phones etc. Loved hearing the bells ringing. We could walk everywhere if we wanted to. The security was excellent, have never seen a door lock like it.

One bathroom for 4 adults (2 parents and 2 teens) made for some scheduling. Wish there had been a den or sitting area other than the kitchen table.

Terrific location in the Oltrarno. Very clean with spacious 2 bedrooms. Easy walking distance to all the key sites (15-20min to l’Accademia, less to all the other major places). Kitchen was fairly well stocked but we did not do any cooking there. Check-in process was smooth and easy. Close to many great restaurants and one of the best gelato places.

A great property and a fantastic location. Quick 6 min walk to Pettit palace and short walks to all other locations. Three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms which were great. Fully stocked kitchen and a cute table.
