They aren’t like what people said. The room is pretty clean, the smelly air comes from outside of the room. I think it isn’t that bad and it’s just sometimes when it’s raining. The service woman, which’s name Amira, she is the kindest ❤️. We’re about 3 nights there and our room is always get clean everyday. The location near Termini Station, just like 5 Minutes by walk. And right infront of the Apartment Building is a Busstop for Bus 71 and 70 to Fontana Di Trevi, etc. For the price you can’t actually complain about what kind of breakfast they give to you, it’s really cheap enough for sleeping comfortably. They give actually just snack, but Coffee Maschine was there. You don’t need to bring towels, cause they’re inklusive and change everyday. Believe me, this is a good Apartment to stay for some days in Rome. It’s affordable and comfy. :)

The shower entrance was very narrow, and felt a little insecure.

Close to all transport links. Safe and secure. Fridge, bed, coffee machine, en-suite. Perfect for short visit. Friendly efficient cleaning lady. Good communication from host.

The location can be sketchy. There are dark alleys if you’re coming back to hotel during night time.

The outside street of the property was a bit dodgy looking but was completely safe.

The room was the right size for me and my daughter, and the light breakfast was enough for us. Liked the coffee machine in the room.

- First of all, the owner should make it clear that this is not a hotel, it is more a B&B like house that you rent a room in. This was not clear to us when we rented it. - As the room was newly renovated, it was full of smell from the new paintings and so on. We had to keep our window open during the night to avoid the smell.

- Our room seemed to be newly renovated and it was pretty much like a hotel room -- very well designed and well-done for a B&B room. - Price/performance ratio is very good for Rome. - Silent room, we had no noise from outside

Not a huge fan of the area, but location and room is definitely value for money. Other than that, cannot really think of anything else.

Really great location one block away from the main train station, easy accessible to all kind of transportation and walking distance, room value for money! The staff was incredible helpful and made our stay the most pleasant!

Bathroom was in very poor condition, almost everything there was broken - lamp, ventilation, sink, shower, WC had no seat on it, toilet pape holder, soap dispenser...

Extremly close to the train station so if you need a place to stay for sleep over and to continue to the train it is very good solution. The rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, bathroom is ok, it has all you need for a short stay.

Room not so big but very clean and always with new biscuits and coffee every day. Cleaner is very polite and efficient.
