The bed was the worst at our room. (Room Nr. 5, fist on the right) . The mattress was really worn down maybe too old and needs to be replaced urgently. It was like you are lying on a hole. I couldn’t sleep and wanted to change the hotel because of that but there was no reimburse possible. The shower is too small . The room in general is ok but the pictures do not look like in rea I mean the pics are too edited. They don’t have any reception, it’s just more like bed and breakfast. You get the key’s through the storage place. Besides They cannot storage the luggage and even with some discounts the storage was expensive.

The view from the window was very nice every morning with the delicious coffee made by Rosella. She was very kind and nice. The room was clean and there was AC for hot days in Rome. There is also a small fridge. Breakfast is ok but don’t expect too much, just croissants and coffee/ milk.

Great location, clean room and the breakfast was nice too. We got it delivered to our room in the morning. Staff was friendly and nothing bad to say about the place :)

Very narrow lift can only just take 2 people and a medium suitcase. Also the entrance to the shower is narrow meaning that you have to get in sideways. General aera is run down

Thin walls. The children next door woke us up crying. No problem but it was loud through the walls.

Absolutely loved it! The host was super nice, hooked us up with an early check-in. Room was on point—got cleaned every day, fresh towels, and breakfast in the room? Perfecto! You pick what you want, and they throw in some extra goodies. Definitely planning a comeback!

Liked that it was accessible by public transport to quite a few places and about 15 mins from the Colosseum while having small fun restaurants in the square.

The staff was so nice and helpful. We were allowed to have an early check in and were super responsive when we had any issue. The location is great, super centric and easy to walk to main points ( also easy to go by metro) . Quiet building to have a great night sleep. Breakfast is good and very convenient. We felt confortable and for sure a stay to recommend.

Bathroom was very small and the sink has a little problem. But was clean and good in general.

The staff was very polite and kind. The Breakfast was only carbs to choose between but the coffee was very nice. The room very clean and comfy. Location is top! 🔝

Location was quite noisy with traffic at night, even with the windows closed. Breakfast was eaten in our room, from the images on the website, l had visualised a different room, with a garden veranda, so this was disappointing. 3 of us squeezed around a small table for 3 mornings.

Nice spot but wish we could have left luggage for the day when we checked out. I do realize that is not common for B&Bs though. They accommodated Our early check in for the same reason and offered coffee mid day at check in❤️. Also liked the breakfast served in the room.

Unfortunately, there are many homeless people near the location, but they do not bother anyone.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. We love the continental breakfast. The neighborhood was quite and very close to the Metro and Train Station.

Only one minor negative- the hair drying provided is built into bathroom (as with a lot of hotels). It’s not particularly strong so would consider bringing your own if you have long or think hair.

Great location - easy access to metro and buses but also convenient to walk! Also the building felt secure and surroundings safe. Would definitely recommend for other solo travellers! Room was spacious with comfortable bed and good storage, it was a nice touch to have the daily breakfast trays with individualised drink order the night before. Towels and linen were clean and good quality

Location, the host who provided a packed breakfast for our trip to The Ryder Cup which was unexpected, cleanliness and the friendly nature engendered by the host.

The walls were rather thin and it can get quite disturbing. You can hear people coming in and out, and or talking loud in their room/ in the corridor.

The staff were welcoming and nice. The room was clean and well-equipped, with very cool air-conditioning. Breakfast was included, it's a very basic breakfast, nothing special. Location is great and close to tube station and supermarkets.

We left our bags a little beforehand like we did everywhere we went during our trip and the hostess didn't like it, I believe that was the only negative point.

The staff was wonderful, we had a good breakfast. It was hot and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Located close to the train station was a positive point for choosing this place.

There was no sound isolation and the noise from the street was really loud. I had to get ear plugs to reduce the sound and be able to fall asleep. The breakfast was the same everyday and consisted only of sweet things.
