The structure of accommodation is out of the walls of the city. It was a concept of bed and breakfast but without breakfast. We think that it was to expensive for what it's offering.

It was a cleen room, nice staff. Not so far from the center, because San Gimignano also is a small city.

Great place in the middle of San Gimignano! The room is located in a quiet side street with a view into the backyard. The room was clean and great for a short stay. We parked for free outside San Gimignano close to a school within a 10min walk from the center, but could load off our luggage at the place with the help of the host who kindly drove in front of us through the narrow streets of the town.

Great location, minutes walk from the town centre. The room was very old fashioned but was very nice. Difficult to find free parking (if any) but paid parking was not overly expensive and was not that far from the property.

Just some recommendations for improvement: the kitchen would benefit from some under-cabinet lighting. While cooking, it was quite dark in the evening. Also, the bedsheets were a little bit smelly, although you could see they were freshly washed. I guess they got stored before being fully dry, leaving an unpleasant smell.

The kitchen is very well equipped, heating works perfectly, everything is nicely furnished, good WiFi, easy check-in. Nice and quiet location with walking access to the main areas in San Gimignano. Good recommendations for parking and restaurant provided by host.

Very nice, spacious apartment right in the old town. Our group of 5 friends loved our stay here. Beautiful balcony with views over the lower part of town.

Could be more table and the check-in time is only to 07:00 p.m. instead to 09:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m.

Location close to the art attractions, has refrigerator and air condition, room big enough and small windows to get good air insise and to get a view from outside. Nice lady and good accomodation.

Room was small for a family, which we were well aware of before booking and even though it was a bit tight, it did not lessen our enjoyment of our stay and of San Gimignano. We booked it for the location and air conditioning, so smaller room size was not an important factor.

Lovely house and room decor. Comfortable and cool with the AC, which helped heaps in the scorching heat wave. Room also has a mini fridge. Location is great, inside the city walls on the edge, just a short stroll to the town center.

The host was very helpful. He came to where, we were parked and showed us to the place. after that he showed me a free parking place very near. finally, he took me with the luggage to the car park. And, oh -a bottle of wine of his own produce.

Odd little room. No mirror in bedroom, only in the bathroom. Only four hangers in the wardrobe. Although the sheets were clean, we wondered when the bedspread was last washed. Very noisy fan in bathroom. Shower head poor due to limescale. Two paper cups, two tea bags, neither replaced even though we were staying three nights.

The location of the property was good as was the welcome to the property.

Location is excellent, very close to main street Rooms and bathrooms very small but adequate. Beds are good Parking is not very close to the property, and I had to pay for it, not easy to get free parking

Air conditioning only in one of the two bedrooms, which wasn't clear from the description. It was very hot and there were no mosquito nets on the windows so the night wasn't comfortable for those who slept in that room. The bathroom could be updated, flashing the water was difficult. Unfortunately the cleaning of the bathroom wasn't thorough as one would expect (bin not emptied and some hair around the shower)

Nice apartment, spacious and nicely furnished. The location is convenient, reachable by car to load/unload and not far from the parking just outside the walls. It's quiet, no traffic and no noise from the outside. Owners let us keep the room for an hour more whilst we went for breakfast on the departure day.
