The bathroom is quite small and the door could not be closed. The fridge was nice to have but there were no additional kitchen appliances, cutlery or crockery. The shared bathroom for other guests is adjacent to the private bedroom. The WiFi is quite weak and drops out in the bedroom.

The location near Manzoni metro is very convenient. The bedroom is large with some extra shelves for clothes, a small fridge and aircon.

We were not aware that the room was in the basement. Not a huge issue since we didn't spend much time inside. On entry to the room, there seemed to be a slight musty smell. It significantly reduced over time. The air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work well. We were comfortable, but irrespective of the temperature we input, the amount of cooling didn't change. The biggest gripe we had with the room was that the bathroom door didn't close completely. The wood in the door as well as the border had expanded and it was impossible to shut the door as a result. Through our stay, the door expanded some more and would get jammed against the bottom tiles even while opening. This was an unpleasant complication.

Good communication with the staff. Easy to check in at any time. Stayed in room 105. Was well appointed and comfortable. Good, clean bedsheets, blankets and towels.

Electricity tripped off a few times during the stay. However there was a way to bring it back on.

It was at a good location, walkable to the bus and metro station. Close to some food restaurant’s and supermarket too. The staff was superb, very cooperative, jolly, helpful. Felt like a family member.

The room is almost fully underground and you get very very little daylight.

The location was great, around 15-20 min walk to the Colloseum, there were nice restaurantsand cafes around. The host as well as everyone at the property was really nice.

The bathroom was leaking water and we were literally flooded the first day (but after telling the staff, the next day the problem was solved). The location is close to the metro (3 minutes walk) but a bit far from the sights to walk to and also you would have to cross the area near Termini station which is not the best area to walk in Rome. The doors are a bit difficult to open.

Breakfast was good, fresh and with variety, air conditioning in the bedroom, responsiveness of staff and friendliness, size of the room, changed bed linen every day, automatic checkin.

No glasses to drink from, rooms are in the basement so not much air and the worker didn't have any change when we had to pay the city tax so we had to go around the neighbourhood trying to change our money. Could have been more polite. Also, the bathroom door could not be closed completely.

Comfy bed, many towels provided, calm and quiet neighbourhood, clean apartment. Good tv with netflix account provided.

I suggest for breakfast timing should be more early like 7a.m. cause most guess is bussy with activities so need to eat before heading off. Maybe a set a buffet according to the menu schedule.

As most of guess says, it's very clean, everyday theres routine of cleaning and fresh towel given, Valerio is very helpful and easy to communicate, salute to Sonia as she very patient and helpful. Location is great, last day we found a near Chinese restaurant making good and very affordable food. Place is quiet and near to police station I guess, as we always police car, park outside. 100% recommended.

Great B&B in a typical italian house. Value was good. Walkable distance to Termini and many attractions. Easy check-in late. Italian style breakfast is served by a nice brazilian maid who is basically running the place, deserves a raise :)

the rooms are close to the breakfast room so sleeping in is hard since you can hear the preparations for the breakfast. but Sonia makes great coffee which makes up for this :D
