Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t ask for a better location, walking distance from literally everywhere. The room is clean and comfortable, very cozy. But the absolute star is Maria at the reception, she was so nice and helpful. We are leaving Rome knowing that when we’re back, we’ll definitely be staying there again.

There were two windows, but one was looking at an elevator and the other to a back yeard of an other building with sevice rooms etc. No sunlight no feeling of the city

They are not ADA friendly as I had a prosthetic leg and we had to use the stairs a couple of times because the elevator was not working.

The check-in procedure was very complicated, during the trip, we dont have enough time to check our phones and reply messages. Check in at the reception would be better.

We were relocated to another from Downtown to another location close to Spanish steps. This was a shame as we’d been looking forward to living close to friends, but the location was good nevertheless. Cleanliness wasn’t great as the trash hadn’t been taken out in the bathroom. We also had some trouble checking in to the room as check-in was contactless, the staff didn’t answer the telephone for a while even though they were supposed to be available. The breakfast was very simple. the decor in the room was much more simple than we expected, the pictures didn’t correspond very well with what we got.

if you are located room 2 please refuse as this room needs to be closed for renovation of the bathroom. when you use the shower, a considerable amount of water leaks from the wall and brings with it a very unbearable smell of dirt. when I asked the hotel to change rooms they mentioned that they were fully booked and if I wanted to could get refund 1 night and go somewhere else. I was on a 2 days busniess trip with back to back meeting hence it was not possible seeing my agenda to check out and in a new hotel. I would have excepted them to still refund at least one night as in terms of hygiene this is not even 2 stars hotel level. please be careful if you have allergies as the smell of the bathroom gets in the room. oh and they do not have hot water. in the sink you have to wait for at least 5 mins for it to work and before also you need to call the hotel to make it work

the picture is a lie. the room was dirty, super small. the air conditioner didn’t work, we were cold. the fridge was empty and the room smells of cigarettes. the main entrance is super dirty and was difficult to get in.
