Really nice hotel next to lake Garda. We were upraged to the room with a view to the lake. Room was nice and breakfast super. Also swimming pool and jacuzzi were nice.

The swimming pool's best years are already behind it. Additional charges for pool towel in the amount of 10 euros. These are really minor details. The overall rating is very positive.

The view from the terrace, service and breakfast are the biggest advantages. Definitely worth the price.

From the start of booking this accommodation, it was all perfect. The staff was really nice to us and helpful. They even upgraded our room and we got really nice room with a balcony and with view of Lake Garda. We really appreciate that and also the room was like they just renovated and very clean.

Parking places are a bit narrow for our liking but overall okay. During low season, most facilities in the hotel are closed (sauna, pool), but this is mentioned in the description. Also, the breakfast was nice, but don't expect an italian breakfast. It is more continental.

Nothing . It was one of the most relaxing two days I have spent since arriving in Europe 6 weeks prior. I would hate to drive up the lake shore road during the middle of the summer ,but lucky for me I didnt have to.

Hotel Eden is situated half way up the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Our room had a large balcony with a table , four chairs and two sun loungers .It is the perfect place to relax with a Campari Spritz and take in the amazing view across the lake to the cliffs and tiny villages on the far shore. The room was exceptional clean with a large comfortable bed , very good air conditioning ,bar fridge and TV . Bathroom was clean with a nice hot shower . We were greeted by Massino on the front desk when we arrived and by Heike in the morning when we came down for breakfast, both were amazing and very welcoming. as where Michael and assi in the restaurant .

I suppose there is nothing we did not like, only one thing that was a funny experience for us was the automated toilet cover which opened on its own very often, even when we merely stood a bit close to it. Not a big deal, we laughed it off.

We really appreciated the view from our room and also the drapes that blocked the day light on our windows perfectly! This is what sleep-deprived travellers need! Also the staff was really nice to us and helpful.

There was a window between the bedroom and the ensuite bathroom with opaque glass in it. This significantly reduced the privacy that one should have in a bathroom! Also no lock on bathroom door.

Lovely caring and attentive staff. Great food, with reasonable set meal choices for evening meals, although not A-La-Carte. Pre booking of meals required. Excellent breakfast. Good views from quiet, comfortable clean room (small balcony with just table & chairs). Compact ensuite shower room.

it is ideal for people requiring Gluten Free food we ate there every day Italian style and there was a good varied menu with great food never hungry the staff were exceptionally nice and Heike on reception was so friendly and nice and so was the other girl who we did not meet as much the view is fabulous and so was the stone beach across the road

Difficult location if you don’t have a car as public transport is infrequent and it’s very difficult to find available taxis. Electronic toilet was noisy and difficult to understand. Balcony and dining chairs could be wider or without arms so they are more comfortable.

Beautiful view of the lake, nice pool and beach area. Very friendly staff and lovely balconies. Good food for the price.

You will definitely need to rent a car to get to this hotel and surrounding places.

we are travelling around Italy and although only had 24 hours at Lake Garda it has been the best stay so far. Heike and Massimo could not have done more to make our stay comfortable and the hotel has so many amenities.

Great accommodation few meters from Lago di Garda. Right after check-in really usefull information about hotel pool, hotel beach, restaurant etc. We tried pool which was great after a long day. Restaurant in hotel is also very nice. Overall great place to stay. Next day we reached cable cab to Monte Baldo, which was like 8 minutes from this accommodation.

Our room was very small for four people.

A lot free sunbeds around the swimming pool and on the beach. Extensive breakfast and delicious dinner. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Big bathroom but the shower space is very small. The breakfast was basic and the eggs were looking like served for third time. For dinner you can choose only from limited dedicated menu and the food was not that good. I think the prices are too high for what is offered

The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Each room has very nice and big terraces. The hotel has a private beach on the lake. There is a dedicated space for walking a dog.
