We were on the ground floor so there was sometimes a bit of noise but nothing major.

The location was perfect for us - just a 10 minute walk from the airport boat stop and from the train station. Lots of great bars and restaurants close by - definitely visit the places on the streets behind the hotel for some great wine and chiccetti with lots of locals visiting these places as well as tourists. Most of the major tourist attractions were within a 20 minute walk - and a beautiful walk at that. A good size room with a comfy bed and decent drop shower.

Tiny room, not much bigger than a double bed, so a bit claustrophobic. The small space is not well planned (room without a chair and sitting area).

Great location, on the main track, in the center, close to the train station and most of the tourist attractions in Venice, but at the same time the place is most of the time quiet. By the canal. Coffee maker in the room. Nice and helpful staff at the reception.

The room is beautifully decorated with modern decor. There is delicious, daily breakfast delivered to the room. The check-in was swift and greeted by a friendly staff. All the front desk staff speak fluent English and very accomodating!

There was no lift, but that is expected with the historic buildings in the city.

Many amenities and all the basics were offered. Perfect location. Very polite and helpful staff. Would recommend to other travellers!

The entrance to the hotel is quite easy to miss as it’s a smallish pathway off the main path. The hallway is slightly outdated. Doors are a little stiff and don’t feel completely shut but had no complains and didn’t hear much sound from other rooms

Staying here was very lovely! The staff were always pleasant and friendly, when asked for advice on where to eat they gave us a list of recommendations. Not too far from station / bus station about 15-20 minutes walk and a 20ish minutes from tourist attractions. The room was nice and presentable. Clean. The view of the canal was worth it.

When we came into the room, the room smelled a bit funny. When we opened the windows to see the amazing view, the smell cleared up right away.

We loved the view from our room and we got to stay in an authentic building in Venice. We have everything we need in the room. We are satisfied with it. It's about 10-minute walk to the city center.

One little thing is it doesn’t have any toiletries holder/caddy during shower.

Aside from the location which is perfect for tourists, the staff are very friendly and approachable. Anna, who greeted and entertained us, was a great help during our stay since she gave us plenty of ideas on our tour in Venice. We will definitely recommend this Hotel.

We were based on the ground floor next to the front door which was a little noisy in the mornings (or when people couldn’t get the door open!)

Good location, within walking distance of the Rialto Bridge and lots of restaurants. Anna was really helpful giving us an overview of good places to visit and restaurants they recommend.

Due to the time we were visiting, Venice's regulation on no air conditioning or heat. It was extremely chilly and rainy so our wet damp clothes took along time to dry out.

The staff was very helpful and the room was nice and large. Comfortable bed, and the bathroom was adequate, with towels and toiletries. We decided to order breakfast for the two mornings and were pleased with the choices, coffee was very good, and nice to have "room service." The hotel is in a quiet courtyard yet in a lively area of Cannaregio. We were also able to leave our bags on the last morning for a bit more sightseeing. We will recommend the hotel to friends.

Room was a little tight when the cot was placed inside. I didn't realize how difficult it would be to move around just based on the room pics.

The staff were so helpful with every request, especially Anna.

No elevator, however room was on Level 1 so only 1 flight of stairs to climb.

Good location - it is off the main strip and down a quiet alleyway. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Bathroom is clean and relatively modern. We werent able to use the aircon, however rooms did cool down at night so wasnt required when we visited.

Room was very dark at night, only has 2 little lamps next to the bed. Bathroom not very clean, smell weird and has mold, doesn’t have toilet paper holder, which was quite annoying . Lots of Mosquitoes in the room as it’s close to the water I think .

The lady in reception is super friendly and explain about all the attractions and history of city. Location was close to train station and many good restaurants.

Shower was slightly small and a plug socket nearer the mirror would have been good for the hairdryer.

Breakfast is served in the room which we decided not to have but there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets close by as an alternative.

The hotel location was very good, near to the main places of interest but out of the main tourist area and right on a canal. The staff were very helpful and the room size and amenities were better than we expected - there was even a kettle and coffee machine provided !
