Room was under the restaurant and it smelled of cooking most of the time.

    Close to pompei archeological site.

A GREAT location if you are in Pompei to see the ruins! It is quiet and well-run, with a restuarant

The refrigerator in our room didn't work. We got an ice tray from the restaurant upstairs to use it as on icebox. Cold water bottles from the Office also helped.

Pasquale was wonderful about picking us up at the Naples airport. His English is excellent, he is intelligent, always alert, cheerful, and very helpful. It was a pleasure to meet him and receive his assistance for many things.

We booked it due to the room having a fridge, but it wasn't working. No one told us about this upon checking in and we asked for an alternative they suggested to keep our food in their fridge (it was an ok solution but annoying for us and the staff).

It was an ok room, with basic facilities, it is camping so it was ok. The bathroom was also good. The location to explore the archeological site and maybe go to sorrento is perfect.

    Thin towels.

Great location just few hundred meters from Pompei entrance. We were allowed to park our car until we left. Extremely helpful receptionist, helped in resolving an issues with next accommodations.

Nothing. Very good value for money and ideal for a stop-over.

Clean, simple accommodation, in an excellent location if visiting Pompeii. Literally 2 minutes walk from the entrance gates. Plenty of parking space, we parked our campervan there, and they kindly allowed us to leave it for the day whilst we visited Pompeii.

Only negative thing is that it's quite far from the train station. There is no public transport to the accommodation and taxi's are also hard to find or they ask for ridiculous prices (€15 for 2 km).

The location is in front of the entrance to the ruins. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, good bed, nice shower and air conditioning.

In one of the rooms, the control panel for the airconditioning was broken, so that we could not lower the target temperature below 25 degrees Celsius. Since we stayed only one night, we didn‘t bother to notify the personnel.

The location is ideal to visit ancient Pompeji, entrance is just across the street. It was great that we could immediately leave our car and even get into our rooms, already around 11:00 am.

We were right below the restaurant onsite so it was extremely noisy until around 11ish when it closed. Ants got into the room overnight and were everywhere in the morning. Refrigerator was plugged in and turned on but it doesn't seem like there’s a motor installed and did not keep anything cool. Its basically a warm cupboard. Looks like this has been a problem in other reviews, perhaps a cost cutting measure but either way our groceries were spoiled. Wi-fi did not work

Location is great, literally across the street from the pompeii ruins. About a 20-30 min walk to downtown Pompei. Host was cordial enough and offered bottles of water upon arrival. Bed was comfortable enough. Shower was hot

Lack of power sockets. Couldn't charge my phone without unplugging tv or fridge. No coffee making facilities. 1 rock hard skinny pillow. Not a good room or hotel to spend any time in. The place looked a bit of a mess outside the rooms.

Nothing. Checked out after 1st night of a 4 night booking.

Everything new and very clean, close to the main entrance to the archeological site. Despite the fact that the room was situated under the restaurant, there was no noise. Very good water pressure in the shower, working AC.

The room said it came with a mini fridge but it did not work. When asked they knew and said none of them work but the owner won't replace them. The ac also didn't work. We got the same response about the owner. We needed a fridge and freezer for our baby's breast milk and the staff set is up in a fridge in the kitchen which meant I had to walk all the way to the front desk to get the staff and then back to the restaurant and then back to my room to get a bottle. Then when the owner found out I had stuff in there they changed their mind and told me I had to use a mini fridge in the public laundry room which gave anyone staying there access as well as anyone walking by if they wanted to stop in. This was not alright. Then the 2nd night when I needed my ice packs that were still on the kitchen freezer, the office guy told me he didn't have a key after the kitchen closed so I had to use that other mini fridge and couldn't have my ice packs. Overall a terrible experience and I would never recommend anyone stay there.

The staff was great and did everything they could to help

The room smelled of tobacco smoke. Towels are very thin (classic Italian beach style towels maybe?). Quite a walk from the city centre so limited restaurant options at the location.
