The hotel is situated in a great location very close to ski lifts and apres ski bars. Very good steakhouse and pizzeria in the surroundings. The hotel offers the excellent breakfast only. Very familiar staff ready to help any time. I was there already for 3 times and I will come back again.

There is no fridge in the room.

We liked the location of the hotel the most, but both the room and the breakfast were excellent. Everything is very well organized for skiers. The hotel has a heated depot for ski equipment with a separate entrance. We walked to the ski slope. There is also an excellent restaurant right next to the hotel. The landlady and the staff are very friendly. We are very satisfied. We felt comfortable and relaxed.

In the rooms the amenities are not sufficient, especially considering that most guests are skiing all day, one little satchel and a little soap for the room are not enough for 2-5 days stay (if you want to remain eco conscious I suggest investing in 500ml wall-mounted soap dispensers)!! Also one more towel would definitely be appreciated. One more thing, the rooms are not very well isolated from noise, but thankfully most people were respectful and at sleep by 11.

I enjoyed the ski deposit, the free parking, the room size and decor, the spacious balcony, the friendliness of staff and the rich breakfast. Also, the fact that the hotel is so close to the slopes is magnificent. Generally the hotel is warm and welcoming.

Rooms are a bit dated but in keeping with the area really. Certainly wouldn't put us off returning. Bathroom was modern. We had a fantastic time here!

The perfect location. A two minute walk from the hotel at you're at a cable car which takes you over 2,000m up Kronplatz, where you will enjoy breathtaking views - plus different hiking routes, great food and drinks (a lovely restaurant that wasn't overpriced) and even visit a gift shop! 31 Euro for a return trip - well worth the money. There's also a restaurant next door, with a separate bistro and steakhouse restaurant - reasonably priced for the area. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious! Lovely variety or meats and cheese, eggs as you like, fruits, cereals, breads, yoghurts and more pastries than a bakery! Yes there is no pool despite a rather misleading picture on Booking.com, BUT, don't let this put you off. There's is a fantastic leisure facility 4min drive away, where i think we got around 20-25% discount. For just 4 euro you enjoy the pools (you need a swimming hat for the proper lane-swimming pool) including a heated outdoor pool which was such a treat, esp at night. Plus a water-flume for kids. And then there's the spa (21 euro for spa and pools), which transports you into another world - an indoor and outdoor spa (you have to go naked in the sauna's). Very impressive - we went every day. Staff were very helpful and happy. Views from the room balcony were fantastic. Make sure you visit the local town of Bereck. Very vibrant and charming.

We stayed for a week and we loved everything about this place. The location close to Kronplatz cable car, the amazing view from our balcony to the mountains, the pleasant staff with helpful advice for hiking, the clean rooms, good breakfast with plenty of choices, even plenty of parking space. All in all we could certainly come back there.

The shower was not very good: small, weird nozzle, water often turned cold on its own. Though they provide discounts at a wellness facility, it's not the same as having some kind of wellness (at least a sauna) in the hotel itself.

The breakfast was perfect. Stuff of the hotel very welcoming and helped us in everything we needed. Our room was big enough. Perfect location in Riscone, walking distance from the ski lift Kronplatz 1+2. The parking is just in front of the hotel. Excellent Wi-Fi. Cleaning stuff very friendly and efficient. Hotel guests have access to Crone4 swimming pools with reduced prices eg 1,5 hours - 2.5 euros (instead of 6).

The Staff is amaziiing! They were super helpful and really once of the nicest I’ve ever seen. One day of our stay it was my mom’s birthday and they organised a small present and card for her. You don’t get this kind of attention in any other place. The Breakfast was awesome, so much variety and the rooms and clean and comfortable. The hotel is not far from bus stop and there are nice restaurants around it.
