Staff close doors early, at 9pm, so you have to go around the back to get in. This was a problem for one of our group who hurt her leg on the trip and had crutches - you had to hobble around to the back of the hotel. Also just seems weirdly early to close up.

Nice traditional alpine hotel, located in easy walking distance to town and ski lifts. Rooms are functional, comfortable and clean with a nice balcony. Bar/lounge area is nice to spend time with friends.

Some staff could interact in a more welcoming manner. Bar area closed early.

would like to have a kettle in the room as not possible to have a tea/coffee after 9pm. room was missing a tag "no bother" or similar to cancel cleaning

the facilities are fantastic, the sauna and hot tab is very nice addition to your stay. friendly staff, good breakfast. 3 min walk to nearest lift is a great bonus. shops and restaurants 5-10 min walk

Lack of kettle, glasses etc. also rooms were not well lit

No option for shower after check out and last day skiing before leaving the town. Basic in any other hotel in any other ski resort I’ve been to. Expensive spa. No fruit and vegetables on breakfast. It not an easy walk from Gondula back to hotel even that it’s closed. Other than that good hote

Spa is a bit expensive and the water in jacuzzi is not so hot.. check in starts at 15 and it is not possible to leave luggage in the hotel before..

the food is bad. the only this that was good is the Croissant and the yogurt. i was in the hotel for a week, and the food didn’t change. the same scrambled eggs and sausages. no vegetables at all….. second thing, there is no kettle in the room! in that weather there is no option to drink a cup of tea in the room…. third thing is the sauna, 20 euros for only one hour its expensive…..

Lounge closing at 9pm every evening. Breakfast...too much space given to sweet pastries etc...maybe a bit more fresh fruit.

Warm clean comfortable spacious bedroom well tidied by staff each day. Lovely hot shower 6 of 7 days. Pleasant lounge area Breakfast..plentiful supply Ample free car parking Great location...easy access to ski lifts and to good variety of restaurants nearby.

Hotel closing up at 9pm. If open for another hour or two it would be nice to relax in front of fire and have a night cap.

The service level disappointed us. Reception doesn’t work after 9 pm, therefore there is no possibility to contact the staff if something happened during the night (we had questions about hearing). Bar and fireplace are in a common room which is not available to guests after 9 pm as well, and we practically didn’t have time to sit there as a group of friends. To add to that, the staff was not very friendly and was not responding well to simple requests (such as give glasses etc.). It’s a pity because the facilities are very nice, and these service issues can be easily solved.

The hotel was comfy, cozy and nice. The location was great, close to the ski lift and restaurants. The breakfast was nice, with multiple options, though no vegetables.

The hotel has a nice boutique type bar that has hundreds of bottles of Wine, Champagne etc and a decent amount of bottled beer however despite all of this there is no Alcohol Free beer even though they have the reqular Forst beer which has a popular 0.0 version which is available in other places locally including the shop across the road. Being a non drinker in Ireland everywhere has at least 1 or 2 alcohol free options but its a bit hit or miss in Italy in general.

Very clean well maintained hotel in a great location for skiing. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Breakfast is fine with lots of different things to eat but maybe a little boring after a few days there.
