The decoration in the room could do with some updating, but having said that everything was clean and the bed was confortable

Location was excellent, very close to all local attractions. There was plenty on offer for breakfast. Staff were fantastic.

My room was tiny. For the price, even tho a single room, the room could of been more.. roomy I guess. Not quite matching the size of the rooms you see on their websites. But I mean I went for a weekend so I was fine.. Everything was spot on clean so I was happy. Would opt for something more comfortable if I went for more nights tho. Also the receptionist could be less judgy lol he was like "you're staying just for one night?? Oh.. ok then". I told him I have work to go to on weekdays and it's not like I can't do the one hour flight another weekend again lol

The location is great, breakfast was included and my room was spot clean. At the end of the day, that's all that matters and can ask for :)

Really charming stay in a quiet but well connected area of Venice, so close to everything. Staff was always very kind and professional, eager to help and answer any questions. Suite was lovely - spacious, clean and decorated in typical Venetian style. Breakfast buffet was varied and served in a lovely area of the building. There is a garden / courtyard with a swimming pool too but it was too cold to go out there so unfortunately no comments to add on that.

Breakfast options were limited for vegan but to be expected, soya milk available on request. When we arrived receptionist initially told us we did not have a booking as they could not find it on their system from booking.com but once the email confirmation was shown they were quick to apologise and continue with check in.. Pillows were a bit flat but overall a good experience.

pieces of furniture that need a bit o paint maybe, shower a bit cramp. But hey, in Venice each square inch is priceless!

I loved the location of the hotel. it was very easy to walk everywhere from hotel. I liked the old fashioned look of the hotel. it was very unique but very Venetian palazzo which I loved. staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have hoped, but it was fine.

The staff here are excellent. They were very friendly and helpful and had a solution for everything, even providing a little breakfast bag when our check out was too early for the included breakfast. The buffet breakfast had good options. There’s a quick elevator and the room was a good size. The rooms are clean and well maintained. GREAT water pressure in the shower.

For queen size bed they gave 2 mattresses instead of 1 full size, which was littile uncomfortable.

since it is Venice everything is old so that has to manage some expectations but the cleanliness was a bit disappointing. the carpet looked very old and dirty, so did the sofa and the pillows. the bed also sheets had a small red stain on it. other than that the sheets and towels smelled, looked and felt clean.

the hotel has a nice entrance and lounge area with a pool table and bar with a swimming pool, however the pool was not open when I went in November. the rooms are also relatively well priced with a great breakfast buffet.
