I contacted your booking.com early morning on my first night to express my high levels of concerns and racial abuse which I experienced from staff. I reported it to the receptionist and he voiced I should return to my room and wait until the morning, however NOTHING was done. I went to my room very distressed and had no choice but to contact my family. It was my first time in Italy and what I have experienced has been unimaginable. I stayed in my room and did not have any further support or did anyone contact me from the reception as promised. I contacted bookings.com to report what had happened, as I wished to leave and find another hotel and for a refund to be authorised based on the circumstances. The bookings.com staff confirmed she contacted the hotel twice via email requesting them to authorise a refund and even compensation due to my horrendous experience. I was treated badly and the number of times I contacted bookings.com for support while I stood for hours in tears / begging the staff to authorise a full refund so I could leave. The male receptionist came from around the desk to disclose the confidential incident with everyone around which was also breach of my confidentiality. I travelled to Italy for a short city break and I did not foresee the amount of abuse and disrespect. I had NO choice to contact the police as I felt vulnerable and unsafe. The police arrived and took my report (at first this was extremely difficult as they spoke hardly any English). The police did seem hostile when I tried to use my phone (in tears) to translate from English to Italian. I asked for my refund and compensation several times however the female receptionist (Valeria) continued to laugh and change her story regarding if/when I would receive a full refund - and I should go to another Omina Hotel (which I did not wish to do) as it was still a connected (franchise) hotel. The male receptionist stated it would be refunded however still to date this did not occur.

There was nothing that was to like about the hotel, it was awful and I do not recommend this place to anyone especially a black or ethnic minorities. There was indirect and direct racism from staff - extremely unwelcoming and horrendous hotel.

Lack of customer service when needed, cleaners entering the room whilst guests still inside, no basic services, complete disregard for clients needs, lack of help and rude staff, when asked for a simple bottle of water (I have been redirected to a vending machine at 3am), when confronted about the lack of services the reception didn't even have the courtesy to apologise.

arrived at midnight. more than one hour to check in. booked a king size bed and got a triple room with very small single beds. no room refrigerator (was included in the booking). there were only vending machines on the floor, but unfortunately they did not work. I had to go overnight floor by floor to find some water. eventually I went to sleep at 2,30. At check out my complaints with the management went totally dismissed. With no doubt the worst of the 50 hotel nights of this year. I will never go back to this facility.

I like the location, few steps away from restaurant, boutique, bar, supermarket, taxi station. I like the clean and spacious room. The staffs are courteous and accommodating. The price is just right.

Staff and management were terrible. Some were even rude. Took AGES to check in. there were 3 people behind desks, only one working. It took about 1h to check in, there wasn’t even a queue lol. Lifts are bad and it can take very long to get one when called. The room doors are tricky and hard to open. There is no soundproof whatsoever and you can hear neighbours and doors opening, constantly. TV wasn’t programmed. Rooms looked kind of clean but the rest of it, didn’t look clean: fingerprints everywhere. Not even a bottle of water in the rooms. The water would go from cold to hot and vice versa. I was very disappointed to be honest.

For me, the location was ideal, based on the fact that I am not a tourist and I had things to do specifically in that area. There is a taxi station right outside the hotel, which is good. the property has potential…

The staff wasn't listening when I came and made requests, they would provide solutions to problems I didn't have, and not even hear the problems I had. There was too much light in the room at night. The restaurant isn't bad but I expect better from a 4 star hotel. Fortunately, there are a couple nice restaurants nearby.

The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars at all, there was nothing in the room, not even water :( Very far from the center, there is no one bus or metro line that could be reached without a transfer. There are not even normal restaurants nearby. Well, food in the hotel restaurant was just not good at all🙁

we were given a room right next to the elevator. we couldn’t sleep because of the noise. the room was very hot and we were unable to control the temperature. we tried to open the windows but the noise from the street was unbearable. in addition, the room was different from what we reserved. we were very disappointed with this hotel.

Room was without air conditioner but on confirmation was,I asked a fan for room but also they didn't give us. I just left the room after 5 minutes checked in and asked them to pay me back room rate ,parking payment I just did in check in time in cash,and city tax but they told me you have to sen us an email to ask .this shame
