The hostel has lockers but no locks, so don't forget to bring your own lock. Very small padlocks won't fit, you need something a bit bigger. The street on which the hostel is located is not the safest but it's alright. The room was somewhat smelly. You need to leave a deposit of 10€ for the keys, so also make sure to have some cash on you when you arrive. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this hostel!

The hostel's location is exceptional, just a few minutes away from Naples's main station and at the edge of the old town. This also means that it is near to a lot of the best food places in Naples: pizzeria da Michele, sfogliatelle Attanasio and friggitoria La Masardona are all within a short walking distance. Staff is very friendly and gives great tips on how to make the most out of your stay in Naples. The breakfast included in the price is rich and the hostel is also very clean. Overall, a lot of value for money, I will definitely stay here again when I'll go back to Naples!

It’s winter, and I as a Canadian am used to warmer interiors with central heating; Nothing to blame the hostel for.

Rooms are spacious. The location is close to the bus, Metro and train stations. close to shopping and tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and the owner is knowledgeable and helpful.

Shower was not hot. Towels are 3€ when someone stepped on my towel (shoe marks were left). Laundry is 15€.

There were lockers in the room but you needed a thick lock for them.

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I loved how there was lots of signage so you knew where to go. It was a right by the train station but in a sketchy area. The free breakfast was basic but normal for most hostels I've stayed in. There was an elevator and electrical outlets by the beds.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the street the hostel is on started getting very noisy very early in the morning (but of course, that's not something the staff can control).

The hostel is a very short walk away from the central station which makes it easy to get around. The staff are quite helpful with ideas about where to go in Naples.

it’s noisy until after 11pm but that’s not a massive problem.

The hostel is walking distance from the main train station although the sat nave wanted to take me down a side road it is in fact actually on the main road, a few steps away from Hotel Mancini. Rooms with own bathroom are great and breakfast welcome to start the day. Hosts very welcoming.

People don't talk anymore, not even in a shared 6 bed dorm room. Everybody just stares at their phones... Although that is not the Hostels fault!!!! Was just sad for me...

Close to the train and metro, so the perfect place to start all kinds of trips! Typical hostel breakfast was a good start in the day! 👍 Staff extremely friendly at all times and very helpful with everything!

The area isn't great at night but that's not uncommon next to train stations unfortunately. The kitchen doesn't open until 8am so not ideal if you have an early train out of the city, I couldn't make myself breakfast before leaving.

Handy location to Central Station, helpful staff, large dorm rooms with more than enough space for everyone's stuff, and the hostel was clean and tidy. And loved that there was a lift!

The area were is located, even if it is very close to the central station I wouldn't have been very conformable, as a single female, to be walking around there by myself at night
