The room was just gorgeous, as well as the bathroom and the bed. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and ccompetent.

The room was very hot and apparently there was a city law about no air conditioning. This should be told to guests upfront, the doors and windows were able to be opened but you cannot leave them open as there are mosquitoes that were flying in as soon as you opened them. This was a little uncomfortable as we found the room temperature uncomfortable.

During our stay there were some maintenance work in the street so getting to the hotel was not easy. Specially with car and baggage.

The room was nice, with a lot of space, the bed’s comfy and the breakfast was Ok. It location it’s great, walking distance to the main attractions.

The shower area has no separation or curtain to avoid the water spillage. Also, the staff put the towels on the bidet which is not a very hygienic way of cleaning up the room. It was very very difficult to reach the place from the train station due to some construction work going on almost everywhere in the city. Also, the place seemed slightly expensive.

The room was spacious and well lit up. The breakfast area was very cozy and very nicely decorated for Christmas. Didn't get time to try full breakfast (only had coffee), but they were always welcoming even before the breakfast time. The place also has friendly staff. They also let us check-in early and had the room ready at our special request since we arrived before 12pm.

The hotel is very convenient, not so far from Duomo and main attractions. The breakfast is good and with a nice variety of peoducts. The personnel is very kind and professional, our special gratitude towards Marcel, who provided a very professional and attentive support one day with somw difficulties with air conditioning.

For us the location of the hotel was a bit too remote from the historical centre. It was possible to reach it on foot, but a bit tiring. Coffee could have been better. It felt all right, but not exciting for the price we paid. The decor was a bit bizarre- fake flowers in the lobby and in the room...

The hotel was comfortable, had everything you need for rest. The size of the room was good, but the bathroom was even more spacious- I liked that and the bathtub. There was a kettle in the room with tea and coffee. There was a lot of space on the ground floor with comfortable arm-chairs to rest or have a drink. The breakfast was also impressive by an Italian standard- there was a full breakfast on offer with a particular choice of pastries and cakes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood was safe, not far from a nice square, although a bit remote. Although the Academy gallery (and David) was not far, right in this area.

It was a little further out of the city than indicated.

Shower unit leaky. Unfortunately, water got on the floor and under the lament, making it literally a floating floor. Air conditioning was indicated in information, but staff stated only heat was provided. Fortunately, the temperatures were low enough to prevent discomfort.
