Room was good size, with a wheelchair. Breakfast was great - lots of choice. Central location made all the main sites accessible, even when it was raining.

Location is great, 1 minute walk from Porta Nuova train station. Close to all central locations. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable, the windows faced backyard, so it was really quiet for sleep.

* Shower stall: Just a minor gripe about some waterproofing parts not in good condition.

* Location: Excellent, in the heart of Torino, right across Porta Nuova train station with good public transportation connections. At the southern edge of the old town and within walking distance of most sights. Supermarkets and bakeries nearby. * Room: Quiet and comfortable, well-maintained. Was well heated in March, which surprisingly is not generally true in Italy. * Overall: Superb price-performance ratio. Was the most satisfying choice among the hotels in our Piemonte-Liguria-Lombardia trip in March 2024.

Super friendly Staff and perfect location, everything within a walking distance from the Hotel. On the check out day they kindly stored our luggage so that we could spend our last lay touring around the city before catching a 7.00 pm train to Milan from the station that was right next to the hotel. There was a large conference group staying during our visit and they were enjoying a drinks reception when we returned to the hotel for a nightcap. This meant that there were no bar staff available to serve us for around 20 minutes. However it wasn’t really an issue in an otherwise great experience.

Room was fabulous, large with huge windows and lovely views. Breakfast was also excellent.

There is no drinking water in the room, although all hotels in the world provide water for free. 2. Anything you use in the bathroom should be replaced, for example, the cotton wool I used on the first day it was not replaced. 3. The check out take for ever. The staff was not nice until now I am waiting for receipt she promised to send.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Nice large room, they fulfilled our request for a bathtub in the room Nice large window onto the street for fresh air and to listen to the people in the street, very quiet when the window was closed. GReat Location!

Nothing that I could think of.

Bed was comfortable, very cleaned, and has a great location for where we wanted to be. Steps away from Porta Nova train station. Turin is a beautiful place. Didn't explore the city. Our purpose was to meet up our relatives for dinner and head back to Rome the next day.

The accomodation was very nice. The fitness room was amazing to practise at whatever time you like it. The location is really nice to visita and walk around the city
