Great front desk and breakfast staff. Clean property and room with great location in the heart of Amalfi. Front desk staff was very helpful with information about Amalfi and getting around by bus and ferry to other towns.

A/C could not be controlled. It was not sufficient for the warm weather we had ( set at 32 C!). Asked staff about it and after second request they set it only as low as 26C, which was still not comfortable for us.

The free breakfast was amazing. I ended up booking this hotel for the next couple days. partially for that reason. Location was great - right in the middle of the main street in Amalfi. I arrived early and they got me into a room in less than an hour. In the meantime, they had a nice area to sit and read, etc. The staff helped me with everything - making sure I got to the right room, storing my luggage while I waiting.

We loved everything. It was awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room was a little small, BUT it was big enough for 2 of us...we chose it so we cannot complain. Bathroom was spacious, shower was great and the water pressure and hot water were excellent. Room was less than 50 meters from the main walking/shopping area, but we heard nothing. VERY QUIET !!!!!!!!!!!! WE were pleasantly shocked. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have eaten a million breakfasts all over the world and this was one of the top 3 I have ever had. We would only stay here again when we return. We decided it would not be worth it to try to find something else, even if it was cheaper, etc. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

The room for four people would definirely benefit from an update, hopefully it will be renovated soon like the rooms on the upper floors.

The location and the breakfast on the rooftop terrace were amazing. Breakfast was rich and with a variety of choices. We also likes the possibility of getting the beach towels on the reception, very useful.

Ideally located in the Center of Amalfi. Comfortable rooms and a great rooftop terrace. Hotel has its own car park.

In order to turn the air conditioning on or off, you need to call reception (but you can change the temperature from your room). The WiFi was really poor in our room so we had to go downstairs or up to the terrace for reception.

The location of the property is excellent - very central but nice and quiet. The reception desk is staffed 24/7 and the staff are very helpful. The included breakfast was good too.

Amazing staff, super convenient, comfortable room, best Brekky we’ve had our whole trip. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were able to find transportation to our next destination. We couldn’t fault Hotel Amalfi. With thanks!!!

Not the hotels fault but the hallway was noisy at night for quite some time (1 hour or so) due to a very lost inebriated young lady. Again, not the hotels fault at all and slept fine otherwise.

Breakfast was off the hook! Location is excellent. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Really nice stay for us in the quad room. Highly recommend. Walkable to the port/buses/ taxis parking etc. Convenient to get to Amalfi.

To be honest there really wasn't anything that we weren't happy about. We were unfortunately there during a rainy patch, but this didn't impact our appreciation of the room.

Great location about halfway up the main road in Amalfi. The staff were really friendly and they were always happy to assist with any questions we had. Our room and ensuite were a decent size as well.

Parking was NOT included when we booked and it wasn’t nothing on the website about this. we had to pay extra 150 euros/fee for 3 nights. Also, because the hotel is really in the city center, it was a caos to get to the parking garage.

The room was a little bit small, with little room to move inside but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big and nice.

Breakfast is great with a rich variety of choice, and the view is amazing at the roof top! Staff was very nice and helpful and the location is perfect, right in the city center.
