It was OK for one night, wouldn't stay any longer. Room was very basic, but still let us sleep quite well. Location is good, close to the central station.

There were no windows in room, BUT it is also can be a plus, because chaotic traffic in Naples with permanent signals was not heard in the room.

Hotel is good enough for its money. I found location very easy. Reception work almost 24/7. Man on reception is very kind and speak English. He printed the map of the city and showed places of interest on it. Bathroom and air conditioner were good. Location of hotel is also ok, its very close to railway station, where you can go to Vezuvio and Pompei by train. I've seen comment about this location and big amount of Afro-Italians but I don't see any problems with it. They don't disturb anyone, just do their work, trying to sell various trinkets.

The hotel advertises breakfast as part of their rates but the breakfasts are not available due to covid. It would be quite nice to have this mentioned somewhere. Also, the booking confirmation stated the total amount and that no further fees would apply but on the spot I got charged with some extra fee or tax.

The room was big and clean, most of the staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel does not look like much from the outside but is nice and clean from the inside. It is not far from the central train station which is very convenient.

Room was small and old. We have received a smoking room, even i ordered a non smoking room. There was smell of smoke everywhere. The lighting was not cozy and cold. Breakfast was very simple.

I was not offered the room that I booked and given a much smaller room with very little room once the beds were separated into twin beds. When you flushed the toilet you got a shower as the cistern filled up. Needed to unplug the hairdryer as the water was running over the power point

Staff tried to be accommodating. I arrived early and they tried to get me into a room that was ready. However this had a double/ queen bed and I had requested. Room with 3 beds. Staff friendly

This place is very noisy, loud and busy. On my arrival receptionist 3x told me how cheap is my reservation and offered me to cancel my reservation that he would sell it more expensive to someone else... Bathroom was not clean. The second night was loud even after 00:00 thanks other guests, who were drunk, staff did not do anything about it. No isolation between rooms, guests were disturbing each other. I could not properly rest and sleep in such place.

the room wasn t so clean, especially under the beds, the bathroom wasn t so clean, the shower was very old and very uncomfortable as it was fixed on the wall, the water was coming out very hot while you are using the shower, the beds were very uncomfortable and the cleaning ladies were speaking very laud in the early morning and smoking on the halls in front of the rooms doors and that was the worse part as I couldn t bread passing for halls. There was no breakfast provided.

the reception staff was very friendly and very polite , the location is an old one but very nice, was very easy to reach every destination from there.

Sound insulation

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nigths. It was a family vacation with my husband. We had late check-in and didn't pay for this. In this hotel there is a kitchen, but it doesn't work (although you can ask for microwave and cups). In the room there is a bed, a cupboard, a sink (that was surprising), a stool, a bedside table, TV, a fan and air conditioning. Hotel and rooms are very clean, they change the towels everyday! There isn't a kettle, but if you want some hot water, you can ask for this on reception. Bathroom and toilet are common on the floor. This hotel has a very good location, you can walk to the train station in 10 min. There are good cafes, shops, attractions, kebabs etc near hotel. Sound insulation is poor, but it is a very good hotel for this price. We are happy with this place!

Surrounding streets felt unsafe (if you are a woman don’t walk alone). Very noisy inside and outside. Woke up to someone screaming and yelling for a prolonged period of time, so frightened by this experience we barricaded the door. (No one apologised or addressed this). Debated ringing the police but didnt know what was going on. Stayed in the hotel for five more hours before leaving the hotel. Someone plays the slot machines all night very loudly.

It was east to get around Naples from.

a bit noise sensitive but not too bad. no breakfast due to government corona rules..

just a short walk from central station, very clean room with good window blinds for darkness and airco, very comfy (more on the hard side, which i like) mattress, charming, helpful staff. i was allowed to check in earlier.
