How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

I would have liked a kettle in the room to make a drink when arrived late last night.
The breakfast was lovely and good value for money. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the bed linen was just right, not to thick and not to thin. Sometimes I find hotel bed linen either too hot or too cold.

Location is farrrrrr from center and the airport if you are depending on public transport (actually there no almost no publice transportation). And the charges for taxies to the airport is 20-25 euros. So not worth the money spent on booking this hotel as I thought it's near airport.
The facilities are good and the staff is helpful. Nice hotel

Airport shuttle is ludicrously expensive. For a few Euro more you can take a taxi. Also the top voted question on Booking shows an answer that the shuttle is 4 Euro. this is outdated information and should be removed from the site or at least not placed at the very top. This is probably the fault of Booking’s algorithms and not intentionally misleading, but it should nevertheless be changed. The price of transport to from the airport made this hotel, which is otherwise a perfectly pleasant airport hotel, poor value for the money. With the price of the shuttle factored in, there are other places that would be better options to stay.
The rooms were clean, check in was smooth, staff was helpful and pleasant, comfortable beds.

The cost of the airport transfer they provide at the hotel seems steep per person so we opted to book our own
Close to airport - ideal for early/late flights if you need somewhere just to sleep for a night. Staff were very friendly at check in. Clean room with large comfortable bed and decent shower AC in room.

There is no restaurant. We found hair on (supposed) new towel. The shuttle to the airport is too expensive for 6 min commuting. Taxi is way cheaper.

the AC wasn’t working in the first room so we got shifted to another room on another floor. the fire alarm went off at 5am on our floor and continued to go off every 15 mins for the next few hours. not sure if there was a malfunction or they were testing it as clearly there wasn’t any issue.

I think there bed has something the minute I moved the comforter my feet start itching and I can tell you that’s a bed bug bite I got all over my feet
I like the receptionist who helped me above and beyond when I got there after I missed my flight but the other receptionist in the morning shift didn’t help me at all and she was rude

The shuttle bus was more expensive than the taxi, so we came by taxi instead. The room was adequate with no tea or coffee facilities,.or any toothpaste in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok.
The location was very near to Milan Malpensa airport. As we arrived very early in the morning the staff were very helpful.

It was a little further from the train station than I expected, but it was easily reachable by a short taxi ride.
The staff was incredibly helpful when I left my phone in a taxi. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy anything except our room.

the shuttle bus service has been given to a private company to cut costs, which is understandable. However the price of the ride is 30 euros from 9 to 18 one way, which is unbelievably expensive and almost the same price as the room itself.

Very busy, and into the early hours there were more people arriving and, more people congregating outside the reception which meant a lot of addition noise from outside.
Great customer service, Having been left at the airport by KLM who kindly cancelled my flight, I had to find a hotel close to the airport which could accommodate, Thankfully this hotel could. However No Taxi's in Milan because of strike meant a 20 Euro charge for the shuttlebus. Rooms were clean and very basic. However hotel was vey busy and noisy into the early hours!

It's expensive to get to from MXP around 25 euro and the hotel itself is already pricey. If you have a rental car and need to sleep it's a good option.
Super clean hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy
