Too bad the keys were not working flawlessly and too bad after 24 you have to ask frontdesk in order to get in, that's why I can't give 10/10

Plumbing was noisy, not enough hot water. Location was too noisy.

Reception was fabulous. Could'n't be kinder or more helpful. Room was all we needed and clean. For the price it was ok. Only stayed a night.

The room was poorly maintained. There was moisture and dampness on the ceiling. There was one electrical outlet at the head of the bed, and this outlet was not working. There was only one working electrical outlet on the opposite wall. On the first day, we wanted to go out and visit, but the person at the reception took your room key. We have special items in this very interesting room. Also, I booked this room for two nights. Why do we have to hand over the key when we go out? We will give this key when will check out.

Metro station near. Near shopping mall and restaurants. Bathroom and toilet are in the room. wifi speed is very high. It has the fastest internet I have ever seen.

3 minutes walk to the metro station and plenty shops and eateries on the street. Good shower and wash basin in room.

The location is good in the sense that it’s a close walk to the yellow line metro. The neighbourhood is a little rough but fine. I paid EUR43/night which is about as cheap as you can pay in Milan I should think.

No air-conditioning, and in the summer is necessary. Also the ventillator did not work, and on the window there was not mosquito net.

I could check in so late. They were flexible. The room is enough big and quite pretty.

Location is the best thing about this hotel, 24 hours open! Breakfast dead Quality, matches the price you pay for Communication at the reception hit and miss! Rude little man 🤣 All in all! It’s a place to travel Milano! Not a place to spend time in the hotel. Just to sleep for a few hours and sight see

The room was basic and rather snug. It suited me just fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay there longer. Breakfast wasn’t really a breakfast but okay for a free coffee in the morning. I didn’t like that that the bathroom was super small and people could see through the window. I also couldn’t lock my door properly as the lock was broken. Lucky that the door only opens with the key inside on the outside. It was not worth the money paid

Breakfast was mediocre, coffee was lovely. But there is a supermarket around the corner that may be better food wise. It was very close to a metro station so easy to get around

Very good localisation, near metro what was very important, near big supermarket and restaurants. Breakfast - nothing special but near is supermarket so you can buy what you want. The staff was ok, the room was clean. If you need to sleep, nothing more this place is ok. Don't look anything closer to centrum, metro gives you avilibility to be there in several minutes.

staff was very rude. Nobody wanted to speak english and didn’t even care about our needs. we travel with little baby. person that stayed in the reception in the morning was extremely rude and expressed his dissatisfaction to us.

That the toilet is so cramped. I believe that the bidet is absolutely not necessary as the space is way too small.

The receptionist called Bayron was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. He is a very kind and empathetic person, help me to find my way around Milan by giving me any possible direction and solution to my questions. The room was small but good. As my room was directed to the main street it was a bit loud and the toilet quite cramped as the bidet makes accessing to the toilet quite difficult. Otherwise was a nice experience and free breakfast was also a nice gesture. I will for sure recommend here and come back.
