I had a little trouble with the air conditioning, but nothing major. My room could have been a bit larger.

The location is excellent for getting around with public transportation. The room could have been a bit larger, but very nicely decorated. Shower is awesome! Great breakfast. And Paolo at reception is the Best! I will be back.

nice hotel. It was much better than we expected. The staff is brilliant. Everything was very good. The place for breakfast is a bit limited, but we managed nucely. Caffee was very good. There was nothing "not good". The location is a bit distanced from that place we wanted but we knew it in advance. So, I indicated 9 for location (in the end of day, it is not far, not at all, and taxi was fast, convenient and well affordable on our way back. It was perfect value for money.

The B&B was right next to the railway and we could hear trains going by although with the windows closed it was not too loud

Our plans had changed and instead of 3 checking only my wife and I checked in and the owner offered us a Studio with a private shower which was appreciated. Also, the owner was very warm, friendly and geniunely concerned that we were comfortable and everything met our expectations throughout the stay. Breakfast selection was excellent as well

We never figured out how the air conditioning works (I guess it didn't), but we didn't really miss it so we never bothered to ask. Warm food is not available for breakfast (but the cold food options are good). The breakfast room is pretty small; I can imagine it becomes crowded during the holiday season.

The staff is friendly. Our room was small but nice and extremely well cleaned every day. Breakfast was good and versatile. Gluten free options were sufficient for my daughter (we asked for gluten free bread). Location is excellent along the lively but not too crowded Corso Buenos Aires. Good metro connections to Duomo etc.

Although it is publicized to have air conditioning, we were told that it is mot available to be used until May -- which was not helpful in April.

Hotel Teco was an excellent place to stay. The staff, especially Paul (Paulo), were terrific -- friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were also great, with more food and variety than we expected.

The hotel has a good location - the center, the metro stop and the train station are at a convenient distance. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean. The breakfast area was quite small, but the breakfast itself was very good. Very good value for money.

This was a stop over for us before heading to Bologna and it was perfect. The staff were really friendly, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was relaxed with a good choice of food available.

Having a baggage storage area on the lobby would be helpful. No car parking is available on the hotel. Maybe somekind of voucher to nearby parking garages would be useful.

Location is close to the subway and to the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was fluent in english, spanish and french. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very good.

The room was big clean and very comfortable, great bathroom and terrace. The breakfast was delightful with loads of choices. Even as a vegan there was plenty fresh fruit and vegetables for juicing. Coffee delicious too.

The shower was sinking what was quite annoying, because even despite our affords, after each use the floor was completely wet. That was a disappointing part, because I think it is something easy to fix. I would also expect a free bottle of water in the room.

The room was clean and nice, the bed big and comfortable, breakfast was very good and the staff was lovely. Also the location of the hotel is very convenient. I highly recommend it.

Aside from wishing the bed were a little softer, everything else was great. No real complaints about the hotel, though it is a bit of a hike from Milano Centrale.

The staff was fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is located on the back of Corso Buenos Aires, so you're close the main street and metro without having to deal with the traffic noise. It's a convenient location, all told. The bed was on the firmer side, as is the norm in Europe, but it wasn't rock hard. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection. The staff was absolutely fantastic and the hotel was surprisingly quiet given its location.

Lack of black tea in the room but grocery is close by for people like me. I'm tea addicted :)

Location, between two metro stations Lima and Porta Venezia. Easy communication is really helpful in the city. Breakfast very good. Maybe nothing warm but still enough and good. No one eat at home 10 different products, becon etc. in the morning so you will easily find something for you ;) Sweet, or typical breakfast. Nothing more needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. They remembered to prepre the table for 3 people for breakfast :) Nex day the lady suggested to move as might be cold next to outside door :) Lot of people could learn from them :) Room quiet, beds very comfortable, lot of space. Nothing to complain.

However, food and attractions around the hotel is underwhelming. I suggest it's better suited for business trips (which was not my case).

The main attraction for this place in my case was being close to Milano Centrale. It has pretty decent rooms, nice breakfast, and it's easy access to all of Milan.

The location was great, a few minutes walk to public transport , close to main attractions, friendly staff and good breakfast. Loredana, the beautiful Romanian receptionist, was extremely helpful and dependable, she made our stay an enjoyable experience by checking us in earlier, giving us sound advice as to how to get to different parts of Milan and basically being there for us whenever we needed guidance.

It was hard to turn down the heat.. well, I turned it down but not so effective The shower doors let a fair bit of water out

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Paul, whose English is excellent. Room was very quiet and restful.
